The paper amidst the issues of growing demand for affordable housing, increasing construction costs, heightened concern for energy-efficiency, fragmentation of the industry; delays in production and delivery time; unnecessary wastages and lack of sustainable practice arising from the widespread adoption of the traditional method of construction examines the need to explore other constructional methods - Industrialized Building System (IBS) so as to satisfy the concerns of construction players.

Introduction: One of the biggest challenges many Public Universities worldwide and more so in developing economies will continue to face is the accelerated academic staff turnover intention due to pay inadequacy. The increasing level of academic staff attrition in Public Universities worries the quality of higher education if corrective measures are not employed. Objective: This research set out to investigate the academic staff perception regarding remuneration and turnover intension in Public Universities.

The base for the property rates tax is “real property” defined as land and improvements or attachments to the land. The complexes of Cr(III), Co(II), Ni(II), Hg(II), Cd(II) were microwave synthesized with the ligands Nicotinicacidhydrazide and (ONO)2 and characterized by using Elemental analysis, Molar conductance measurements, IR, NMR, spectroscopic studies. DNA-binding properties have been studied by electronic absorption, emission, viscosity and cyclic voltametric methods. The results suggest that the copper (II) complex bind to DNA via different modes.

The present study was carried out to investigate the phytochemical, in vitro antioxidant and antibacterial activity of seed of Tiliacora acuminata (Lan) Hook.F&Thomas an important medicinal plant. Qualitative phytochemical analysis of the methanol and ethanol extracts prepared from Tiliacora acuminata seed revealed the presence of alkaloid, catechin, coumarin, flavonoid, phenol, quinone, saponin, steroid, tannin, terpenoid, sugar, glycoside, xanthoprotein and fixed oil.
