Objetivo deste estudo é comentar sobre a atuação do enfermeiro líder em coaching. Metodologia: é uma revisão narrativa de literatura. Resultados e discussão: A liderança coaching é um novo direcionamento das organizações, em especial na saúde, inovando entre os enfermeiros. Essa ferramenta, para o enfermeiro, possibilita a facilidade da organização de assuntos técnicos do trabalho, fazendo uma boa gestão do tempo, melhorando o trabalho em equipe, a contínua capacitação e valorização de seus liderados, ser assertivo nas decisões, levando inovações para a melhoria do cuidado aos pacientes.

Objective: to identify in the literature the scientific evidence on the applicability of the mainstream approach in nursing care to patients in palliative condition. Method: Integrative review, qualitative approach, using thematic content analysis for interpretation and study of the samples. Results: With descriptors indexed in the VHL databases and respecting inclusion and exclusion criteria, a total of 7 articles resulted.

O Brasil vive uma explosão demográfica de idosos, e, junto ao envelhecimento, emerge uma fragilidade biológica, psicológica e social. Nesse contexto, exige-se um cuidado específico e, consequentemente, a formação de enfermagem não pode ser pensada de forma linear e pontual, mas contextual.Este estudo objetivou identificar, descrever e analisar os projetos políticopedagógicos de cursos de bacharelado em enfermagem, quanto organização e perspectiva da atenção à seguridade social da pessoa idosa.

Introduction: The term growth hormone secretagogues (GHS) encompasses compounds that were developed to increase growth release of growth hormone (GH). Building a knowledge representation depends on specific skills such as: understanding of modeled reality (it is also called Domain), knowledge of the representation language and, mainly, capacity of abstraction. This paper presents the proposal of a new conceptual modeling method called Mobi (Instance-based Ontology Modeling) detailing its Process, Editor, Formal Elements and Inference Engine.

The scarlet eggplant or ‘jiló’ fruit (Solanum aethiopicum gr. Gilo) has a characteristic pleasant bitter taste, low energy value and high content of dietary fibers. The fruits are frequently eaten green and when ripe, they are considered unsuitable for consumption and commercialization. Phytochemical studies of scarlet eggplant are rare and little is known about the polyphenols present in this fruit. The extraction procedure with an ethanol-water solution (70:30) of our samples allowed extract yields of 29% and 35% for the green and ripe fruit, respectively.

The use Millet (Pennisetum glaucum) along with crow's-foot grass (Urochloabrizantha) are widely used in agriculture as inter-crop ground cover plants for improving soil attributes. Elaborate understanding of COVID-19 through roga pariksha (~examining and analysing the disease) methods as described in literature of ayurveda, the traditional system of medicine of the Indian subcontinent, can prove a useful step in finding its cure.

This paper analyzes Judith Butler’s category of genderperformativity in the conceptions presented by LaerteCoutinho in the documentary Laerte-se, availableon the global streaming provider of movies and television series: Netflix. For this, we used the thematic analysis methodology to designate the themes (body and gender identity) we focused on. Thus, we observed that Laerte Coutinho has performed the feminine gender. The study ofissues regarding identity and body in Laerte’s conceptions lead us to find outthat she does not theorize about who she is or what she will become.
