Method: This is an integrative review study with a qualitative approach and carried out by content and subject analysis. With the descriptors included in the VHL databases, respecting the inclusion and exclusion criteria, using 8 samples.

Relationships Between Variation Of Nocturnal Dipping Blood Pressure And Chronotypes

A Chronobiology, a science that studies the temporal organization of living beings, establishes molecular mechanisms that explain the rhythmicity observed in organisms. Between the rhythmic variations observed is blood pressure, which shows a morning rise and nocturnal dipping, the latter being important in predicting cardiovascular risk. The individuals can also be chronophenotypically classified according to their daily preferences, in morningness-eveningness. Objectives: To verify the hypothesis of a relationship between the morning chronotype and the nondipper night pressure profile.

Epidemiological profile of people with mental disorders in the health care network

Objective: to determine the epidemiological profile of the population with mental disorder treated at the Health Care Network in Ponta Grossa city, Paraná. Method: an epidemiological study, of ecological type, about the care provided by Primary Care professionals registered in the e-SUS AB system, from January to August 2018. Results: The results show that the average number of visits to the basic units was 5.577 people, with 3.869 being female, 2.802 adults, and 1.463 elderly people.

Mental health of caregivers of the elderly: Integrative Review

With the increase in the elderly population, the number of diseases resulting from age and due to illness also increases, many elderly people need the services of a caregiver. In this context, due to intense care routines, many caregivers present problems such as stress and anxiety, which are directly linked to the function they perform. Thus, in order to investigate the losses resulting from this activity, this study had as main objective toanalyze the work overload, stress and quality of life of caregivers of the elderly.

Introduction: The puerperium is the period of the pregnancy-puerperal cycle in which local and systemic changes, imprinted by pregnancy in the woman's body, return to the pre-pregnancy state. This study aimed to understand how women experience the puerperium during hospitalization in the Joint Accommodation system of a Public Hospital in Recife. It was a descriptive exploratory research, of a qualitative type, as it best adapts to the questions of our study.

Smoking, Ethylism and physical activity in individuals with congestive heart failure

Objective: to verify smoking, drinking and physical activity habits in individuals with congestive heart failure. Method: This is a quantitative study carried out from September 2017 to December 2018 at a public hospital in northeastern Brazil. The sample consisted of 103 individuals through an interview, a survey approved by the Research Ethics Committee number 2.249.362. Results: About 76 (73.8%) denied smoking and 86 (83.4%) denied drinking. Of those identified only 4 (3.9%) were smokers and 2 (1.9%) drinkers. A number of 23 (22.3%) abandoned smoking and 15 (14.6%) abandoned alcohol.

Com a evolução dos métodos de ensino, há necessidade de aprimoramento nas metodologias aplicadas em salas de aula para que se alcance maior interação entre os discentes e os coloque como protagonistas no processo ensino-aprendizagem. Alguns conteúdos, como Neurologia, são complexos e de difícil assimilação pelos discentes. Sendo assim, o objetivo do presente estudo foi elaborar um jogo que facilitasse o aprendizado de forma lúdica dos 12 pares cranianospelos discentes de graduação em Enfermagem.

Nursing records and tuberculosis control in primary health care services

The objective was to analyze the records of nurses who work in primary health care services in tuberculosis control actions. Retrospective documentary study with a quantitative approach, carried out in Basic Health Units located in the capital of Paraíba. It involved 30 medical records, using a structured form from 2012 to 2017. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics using Statsoft's Statistica 9.0 software. Positive findings were observed, especially in reference to the presence of nursing evolution (96.7%) and patient information about treatment (96.7%).

Introdução: Segurança do Paciente é um assunto recorrentemente abordado em pesquisas científicas diante de orientações internacionais que recomendam às instituições de saúde o desenvolvimento de uma cultura de segurança com otimização da segurança do paciente. Objetivo: Sintetizar dados descritos na literatura quanto a percepção dos profissionais de Enfermagem acerca do clima de segurança. Materiais e Métodos: Trata-se de uma Revisão Integrativa, realizada nas bases de dados MEDLINE, LILACS, SCIELO e BDENF, utilizando os descritores “Clima de Segurança” e “Enfermagem”.

Pathological use of the internet causing social anxiety

The pathological use of the internet (PUI) interferes in a person's social life based on self-reports that declare themselves “addicted” or “dependent” on the internet. This is a bibliographic research to understand the concepts applied at work, adopting quantitative research through a questionnaire to a random audience and descriptive research with support in matters, where they report subjects such as Social Anxiety, Pathology and the Use of the Internet.
