To achieve the highest literacy as well as success in primary education government has taken several drives to enroll students in primary and upper primary schools from the time of independence. Some of these drive-phases are operation black board (1986), District Primary Education Programme (1994), Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (2002) etc. First phase drive for Primary level education launched in 2002 as Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan throughout the country.

Cereals, staple food of many peoples, are heavily attacked by insects. It is for this purpose that this study was carried out to make the inventory of insects associated with the grain stocks in Abidjan. Samples of grains (maize, rice, millet) were therefore taken during the market investigation of three municipalities in Abidjan. Thus, two samples of each cereal were taken from each market. These samples were placed in cartons to monitor insect development until adulthood to facilitate their identification.

In this paper a deterministic fuzzy inventory model for time dependent deteriorating items with lead time and stock dependent demand rate has been developed. The ordering cost, deterioration cost, holding cost and shortage cost are assumed as triangular fuzzy number. In this model shortages are allowed during the lead time and completely backlogged. An economic order quantity (EOQ) has been obtained. The derived model is illustrated by a numerical example.

Development of Metabolic syndrome MS in Menopause occur due to hormonal changes, but age has added influence .The object of the study is to find out association between MS and Menopause. 164 women above 35 years of age to65 years were included in the study to assess the prevalence of MS using National Cholesterol Education Program, Adult Treatment Panel III Three or more criteria. In the study 46% belong to premenopausal women and 64% postmenopausal women.

Introduction: Malocclusion has been an aggravating factor in the development of caries, and may not be the main factor for the development of some TMDs, but it is an untreated cofactor when diagnosed. The dental crowding is a type of malocclusion with more incidence among Brazilians, which can also lead to the appearance of caries and gingival diseases. Orthodontics is the specialty that prevents and corrects the state of alignment of the teeth, healing a part of the problems of malocclusion and dental crowding.

Most important to know the early risk factors for Alzheimer's disease as the neurodegenerative progressions of the disease may begin in midlife. Early detection of these risk factors may hut some light on the pathophysiology of Alzheimer's disease and a plausible paths for its prevention and treatment. It is speculated from the preliminary findings that it is an association between vascular risk factors and Alzheimer's disease need to be invented in self-regulating populations.

Aim of the study: To assess the knowledge on prevention and first aid measures of snake bite among farmers. Background: Snake is a global health problem associated with high morbidity and mortality. In India, snake bite is mainly on occupational health hazard associated with farming. Understanding awareness and perception in risk population on the preventive measure, first aid and treatment for snake bite becomes pivotal in designing snake bite prevention and control programme. Design: Descriptive design. Methods: Purposive sampling method was used.

Sleep disturbance is one of the sign and symptom encountered in postmenopausal women. It affects the quality of life and may lead to depression in some women. A prospective study conducted on 195 post-menopausal women who attend the Saveetha medical hospital OPD during April 2017 to June 2017, to identify sleep disturbance among them. Post-menopausal women were interviewed with the questions from the validated questionnaire after getting consent from them.

Unprotected sexual intercourse lead to unintended pregnancies and unsafe abortions. Emergency contraceptives offer safe and effective emergency intervention. Study included both married and unmarried women of 18 – 40 yrs of age. A pre-validated questionnaire was used regarding knowledge of emergency contraceptive pill and its usage. 17% of the participants are aware of Emergency Contraceptive, 38% participants have knowledge regarding the correct timing of Emergency Contraceptive. 54% of the participants believe that Emergency Contraceptive is effective.

Introduction: Caregivers of challenged encounter different problems at different stages feeling of burden in care giving leads to stress and it takes many forms, demands of daily care, emotional disturbances such as worries frustrations sadness, irritability and relationship problems between family members, in addition there is stigmatization, social embarrassment & financial implication. If the care givers come to know the proper coping strategies and relaxation techniques they can handle stress in more constructive way.
