A methodology for the present acumen of knowledge on theory of optimisation for projects

Knowledge of the critical path and the degree of criticality and sensitivity of the task time is a specific problem requiring further research. Until now, there is no specific procedure to resolve resource contentions and general optimisation method due to its complexity (Herroelen, 2001) & (Penga & Huangb, 2013). The major result the author presents is a revision of the critical chain project scheduling process model by Tukel et al. (2006).

The age factor as a determining agent for mortality related to alzheimer's Disease in Brazil

Alzheimer's disease is a neurodegenerative disease that affects synapses, considered the main cause of dementia in the world. An approach to the uav path planning problem in the internet of drones considering uncertainties

In recent years, the use of drones has become more common for different practical applications, such as goods delivery, area monitoring, image capture and traffic management. For these applications to be possible, it is necessary that the drones use the same airspace, constituting the Internet of Drones (IoD). Considering that IoD is a complex network, different challenges and problems involving this architecture still need to be studied.

Universities as agents for innovation, living values, sustainable community development and progressive society building

In this paper, we revisit Higher Education 4.0 and examine the power of universities as agents of new knowledge and innovations, for sustainable community development and progressive society building. With the benefit of retrospective economic analysis, we may posit that universities will continue to be central to socio-economic development. We can envision that in the face of a changing economic landscape, universities have the potential to serve as powerful agents of change toward a more equitable, just, and sustainable world.
