Fatores relacionados à menopausa precoce em mulheres brasileiras através da mineração de dados

Com a ascensão da expectativa de vida no Brasil, sobretudo entre as mulheres, e a manutenção da idade de término do ciclo reprodutivo, aumentam os casos de mulher na menopausa. Pensar na qualidade de vida das mulheres nesta condição torna-se um problema de saúde pública, ainda mais quando ocorre de maneira precoce (antes dos 45 anos) onde não só deflações físicas, mas mentais, sociais e emocionais acarretam problemas crônicos para estas mulheres. Sendo assim, o objetivo do presente estudo foi relacionar quais hábitos de saúde entre mulheres de 30-44 anos com a menopausa precoce.

Adherence to antiretroviral medicinal products in the general fields region of the Paraná State – 2018

After the advent of antiretroviral therapy (ARVT), limited treatment options were no longer a problem and adherence to antiretrovirals became critical because of the need for good adherence for effective treatment. The study aimed at evaluating adherence to antiretroviral drugs in patients treated for HIV/AIDS. In the cross-sectional epidemiological study, the data were obtained through a socioeconomic questionnaire in order to characterize the population studied, and the instrument used to measure medication adherence was the CEAT-HIV.

Association between anthropometrical indicators and lifestyle habits of people with diabetes mellitus and neuropathic symptoms

The study has the purpose of analyzing the association of anthropometrical indicators and lifestyle habits on people with diabetes mellitus and neuropathic symptoms. It is an analytic, quantitative and transversal study, accomplished on a Primary Health Care Unit of a city from Ceará, Brazil, of march to December 2018, with 152 people. The data was gathered via instrument with the following data: clinical-epidemiological, anthropometrical, lifestyle habits, diabetes’ diagnosis time, feeling of pain on the feet and legs and protective sensibility on the sole of the feet.

Giant coronary aneurysm thrombosis leading to acute myocardial infarction: case report

Coronary artery aneurysm (CAA) is defined as a localized irreversible dilation of the coronary vascular lumen with a diameter ≥ 1.5 times that of the adjacent normal coronary segment. AXP, male, 65 years old, had acute coranary syndrome and was sent to coronary unit. After 24 hours, he underwent coronary angiography that showed giant aneurysm with thrombus and total occlusion at the origin of the right coronary artery.

Evaluation for risk of depression in pregnant women in a teaching hospital

Objective: to identify pregnant women predisposed to prenatal depression in a teaching hospital in Paraná. Method: Exploratory quantitative survey conducted with 43 pregnant women, who were in the third trimester of pregnancy. Data were collected at the nursing consultation and by applying the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale, validated for Portuguese language. For association analysis it was used the Fisher's exact. Results: Women with depressive symptoms represented 20.45%; Women's sociodemographic data were unrelated to the risk index for depression.

Cuidados paliativos de crianças e adolescentes: evidências da atuação de enfermagem

Palliative care aims to improve the quality of life of patients who have serious diseases that put their lives at risk. In the pediatric setting, this modality is considered recent and, due to this, the roles of health professionals of the multiprofessional team are still not well established, especially the Nursing one.
