Airline selection - using the ahp for customer criteria evaluation
Considering the growth of demand in the air sector it is important to verify factors that can be determinant from the point of view of the customer in the choice of the air operator. The method adopted in this research was bibliographic research and literature review on the themes and criteria established with the application of the AHP method. The research consisted of a study of 5 (five) criteria that can influence the customer when choosing an air operator.
