Aim of the study: To assess the prevalence among varicose vein. Background: Varicose vein are very swollen and raised above the surface of the skin. High rate of varicose vein are seen as occupational hazards among weavers. Long standing is one of the important occupational problems among weavers. Design: cross sectional descriptive design. Methods: Purposive sampling method was used. A total of 30 weavers participated in the study. Venous clinical severity score assessment was used to assess the prevalence of varicose vein.

Aim of the study: To assess the factors causing stress and assess the level of stress among working women. Background: Work and family are the two most important aspects in women’s lives. Balancing work and family roles has become a key personal and family issue for many societies. There are many facets in working mother’s lives that subject to stresses. They deal with home and family issues as well as job stress on a daily basis. Imbalance between work and family life arises due to a number of factors. This study used quantitative volumetric magnetic resonance imaging techniques to explore the neuroanatomic correlates of chronic, combat stress disorder in 30 young undergraduate Palestinian subjects whom suffering from continuous strong stress in their life spam as a result from Israeli occupation and compare their brain volumes with 30 young undergraduate British people whom doesn't suffering from any difficulty during their life. Runt related transcription factor 1 also known as RUNX1 play a pivotal role in the regulation of the development of hematopoietic system in accordance with various transcriptional co-regulators. It is one of the most common targets of chromosomal translocations and mutations in its runt domain are frequently associated with leukemogenesis. Structural studies of RUNX1-DNA complexes provide details of direct contacts formed between runt domain of RUNX1 and DNA. The amino acid residues, Lys83 and Arg174, of RUNX1 directly interact with its binding site on the promoters.

The objective of this study was to evaluate the Pathology monitoring from the students' perspective of an educational institution in the state Ceará, Brazil. A cross-sectional descriptive study with a quantitative approach was carried out with a sample of 30 Nursing students. The mean age was 22.4 ± 6.38 years, and the majority of the students were women (83.33%). For 96.67% of the students, the Pathology monitoring contributed to the functioning and the teaching-learning process of the discipline.
