The quality of health is linked to different factors of which it is cited Patient Safety, including proper hand hygiene. This study aims to evaluate the available literature on the importance of hand hygiene in patient safety. This is an integrative review study from data published in journals from 2013 to 2017 and indexed consulted in BDENF system, LILACS, SciELO and MEDLINE in the period from March to July 2018, which the articles were selected, by crossing between the following descriptors: Nursing, Patient Safety and Clean hands.

Objetivo: Discutir a enfermagem oncológica na era dos saberes plurais e do pensamento pós-abissal. Método: Estudo teórico-reflexivo, de abordagem qualitativa, com base na obra de Zygmunt Bauman, de Boaventura de Sousa Santosbem como nos saberes plurais na Oncologia. Resultados: A enfermagem enquanto profissão social cuida das pessoase encontra-se em constante busca de um cuidado com mais qualidade instituindo novastecnologias como as práticas integrativas e complementares em especial na Oncologia.

Objective: to study the risk factors for chronic non-communicable diseases in quilombola communities in Brazil. Methods: An integrative review of the publications constructed between the years 2009 and 2017, which was carried out through the Lilacs, Medline, Pubmed and MedCaribe databases, present in the Virtual Health Library. Results: 30 publications distributed through health descriptors and it was found that the main risk factors for CNCD are smoking, alcoholism and sedentary lifestyle, whose women, children and elders are the most vulnerable.

Objetivo: Analisar, através das produções científicas, os principais cuidados de enfermagem aos portadores de transtornos mentais em serviços substitutivos. Método: Estudo de revisão integrativa, realizada nas bases de dados LILACS, MEDLINE, SciELO e BDENF. Após a aplicação dos critérios de inclusão e exclusão, obteve-se o total de nove artigos completos, publicados entre 2013 a 2017. Resultados: Observou-se estudos predominantemente qualitativos, em que foram realizados com profissionais de enfermagem ou usuários dos serviços substitutivos.

The paper focuses on the impact of socio-demographic factors on the use of contraceptives amongst women in stable marital unions in Gwagwalada area council of Nigeria’s Federal Capital Territory, Abuja by assessing and describing the types of contraceptives methods used, determining the rate of contraceptive use and investigating how socio-demographic factors affect the utilization of contraceptives.

The citizen who enters the penitentiary system, even after the completion of your sentence, established by the judiciary, will face an uphill battle, with the taint of being a former student of the prison system, will load in your heart the bitter taste of discrimination and prejudice. With this stigma, it's very difficult succeed in the labour market and the much longed-for social reintegration.

The global trend takes school performance as all round achievement. A School as an organization has to grow hence resources are vital yet limited. In this era of globalization, there is need for creativity and innovation in secondary school to meet the demands of the new economy. Rewards need to be implemented in order to boost school performance and creativity as a driving force in the international market. In Uganda, there is a high level of unemployment and school dropout (UNESCO, 2015). The teachers teach the test but not lifelong sustainable skills.

Este artigo tem como objetivo descrever o perfil sociodemográfico e clínico dos pacientes homens idosos atendidos na modalidade de serviço Cuidados Continuados Integrados em um hospital de ensino. Trata-se de um estudo quantitativo, descritivo, retrospectivo e de análise documental, realizado em prontuários de pacientes atendidos entre o ano de 2014 e 2018 em Unidade de Cuidados Continuados Integrados(UCCI), no município de Campo Grande/MS.

O presente trabalho tem como objetivo principal identificar se a Justiça Restaurativa aplicada ao adolescente em conflito com a lei é forma pacífica de resolução de conflitos no âmbito do Juizado da Infância e Juventude. Autilização de práticas sociais pacificadoras em substituição dos procedimentos punitivos/repressores implementa o caráter transformador apresentado pela Justiça Restaurativa.
