The principles of sovereign equality, duality of norms and assistance are covered with normative force together with this area of International Law, recognized as such principally because of United Nations Resolutions and the Declaration about the Right to Development of 1986.

Community and transmodernity: the keys to organizational practices of social collectives in Mexico

In this article we intend to broaden the field of knowledge of the Organizational Theory (OT) and organizational studies, opening the action-research universe to acknowledge the diversity of organizational practices of social-community collectives. To this end, the first part shows the theoretical constraints caused by the epistemic coloniality that imposes the model upon the modern organization and productivity, competitiveness, and control as their sole axis of analysis.

Relationship marketing in building customer loyalty: a case study in a banking agency in the hinterland of ceará, Brazil

The present study brings a deepening of relationship marketing practices applied in a banking agency of the state of Ceara, focused on customer loyalty and retention of clients in the identification regarding the perception of trust and loyalty of consumers of banking services. This is a case study, descriptive and exploratory. As to the approach leverages from the quantitative and qualitative method.

Musical education today: (re) affirmation of creative practices in music teaching

In this article, we discuss the importance of reaffirming music teaching in educational spaces, ensuring its permanence within the scope of regular school. Thus, our primary objective here is to present the relevance that Murray Schafer, Marisa Fonterrada and Alicia Peñalba teach about the use of “creative” educational-musical practices for the teaching of music as an element that enhances human, cognitive, critical, emotional, political development and social.

Factors affecting the choice of public or private health care facilities in Vietnam

The study aims to find out factors affecting the choice of visiting public or private health care facilities in Vietnam using logistic regression. Cross-sectional data from Vietnam Household Living Standards Survey (VHLSS) conducted in 2016 are used for this study.The study finds that most of variables were statistically significant, including household whose heads were elderly; ethnicity; residence place; education of household heads; household wealth; health insurance participation status and region.

Aspects of tuberculosis (tb) in Brazil

This article aims to update the literature on the construction of the history of the epidemiological surveillance service in the country. Since 1886, epidemiological surveillance has been standardized through strategies for the development of patient counting systems. In 1903, the Health Service was created affiliated with the Military Police in São Paulo. Vertically; the vaccination campaign against the Yellow Fever epidemic was carried out. This measure provoked a popular uprising. In the face of adverse health events, endemic control guidelines were established.

Designer drugs: global chemical weapon

Drug – the word in itself sounds scary. We all have heard many horror stories surrounding this word. However, in reality, the drug is not something to be scared off. We all use it in our daily lives. It is not us humans, and even animals do; in the form of medicines. The scientific definition of 'drug' defined as "an article proposed for use in the finding, cure, alleviation, treatment, or hindrance of infection in people or creatures." The primary issue that comes with a drug is that once taken, it influences the body in both positive and negative manner.

Combate à corrupção no Brasil: o caso dos servidores públicos do poder executivo federal

O artigo objetiva analisar o combate à corrupção, por meio da atuação da Controladoria-Geral da União (CGU) junto aos servidores públicos do Poder Executivo Federal, no período de 2003 a 2017. Por meio de uma metodologia exploratória e descritiva, foi feito um levantamento das punições aplicadas aos servidores nos atos relacionados à corrupção.

Conservative approach tounicystic ameloblastoma in a pediatric patient - case report and clinical challenges

Ameloblastomas are benign odontogenic neoplasms characterized by the proliferation of epithelial cells that have characteristics similar to those of the enamel organ. They are tumors that affect the gnathic bones that show faster growth and greater potential for recurrences than other odontogenic tumors. Two basic forms of distinct behavior are found: conventional (solid / multicystic) and unicistic. Unicystic ameloblastomas are more rare and less prone to recurrence than conventional ameloblastomas.
