Este estudo relata a investigação de carotenoides produzidos por dois isolados bacterianos (FT-9.12 e FT-5.10) de solo do Domínio Caatinga e avalia suas atividades biológicas. Os isolados bacterianos pigmentados foram identificados por análises bioquímicas e moleculares (sequenciamento do gene 16S rRNA) como Micrococcus luteus.
Objective: This study aimed to develop epidemiological profiles of Brazilian physicians who were experiencing different levels of stress during the corona virus disease pandemic. Methods: This cross-sectional, exploratory, quantitative study was conducted between April and May 2020.A sociodemographic questionnaire was used, and the Lipp’s Stress Symptoms Inventory for Adults was used to assess stress symptoms. Results: Women were more stressed (76.7%) than men. A majority of those who were stressed (43.3%) were aged 31 to 40 years.
Teaching methods are proposed, classified and described by the Methodology discipline, however it is up to Didactics to judge or criticize these teaching methods. A method consists of a disciplined, orderly and calculated way of proceeding to achieve a desired goal. Based on these constitutive elements, the didactic method is the rational and practical organization of the educator's resources and procedures, aiming to lead the students' learning to the expected and desired results.
The objective of this paperwas to investigate the role of Structuring Teaching Committee (NDE) in the appropriation of institutional assessment policies related to the validation of bibliographic materials for the construction of Pedagogical Course Projects (PPC) and how these Committees have acted in order to meet the internal and external institutional evaluation policies related to the validation of bibliographic materials for the construction of the PPC.
The use of non-thermal radiation technology such as ultraviolet can simplify the process of clarification of sugarcane juice. Thus, the objective of this study was to purify the sugarcane juice by ultraviolet irradiation to produce sugar and ethanol. In the laboratory experiment physicochemical analyzes were performed – turbidity, color, pH and °Brix plus microbiological tests. For data analysis was used analysis of variance – ANOVA – followed by Tukey test and the nonparametric test of Kruskall-Wallis, all with significance level 0.05. The power of 250 W and an exposure time of 3 min.
O objetivo deste estudo foi investigar quais os fatores que levam à percepção de endividamento sobre si e o risco ao sobre-endividamento das mulheres na microrregião de Salgueiro, Pernambuco, Brasil. Os dados foram obtidos através da aplicação de questionário via de Google Forms a uma amostra por conveniência de 58 mulheres.
The present study was carried out to make forecasts of the monthly commercial electricity demand in the state of Santa Catarina. Historical data from January 2004 to December 2019 were used, with data from the last year being considered in the model validation process. After the exploratory analysis based on descriptive measures, graphs and hypothesis tests, several other techniques were employed in the various stages of the Box-Jenkins methodology: identification, estimation, diagnosis and forecast.

O presente artigo investigou a evolução epistemológica sobre o tema aplicado a negociações, apresentando uma extensa revisão bibliográfica sobre as abordagens comportamental e psicológica, com foco na abordagem psicológica transformativa ou evolutiva, por revelar nuances da construção da confiança através de interações bem-sucedidas ao longo do tempo.
Objetivo: caracterizar as vítimas de agravos cardiovasculares transferidas pelo Serviço de Atendimento Móvel de Urgência. Método: tratou-se de estudo descritivo, realizado com 212 fichas de transferências de vítimas de agravos cardiovasculares,dos anos de 2016 a 2019, transferidas pelo Serviço de Atendimento Móvel de Urgência de Pesqueira-PE.
In the current era of privatization, liberalization, globalization and digital transformation, knowledge management (KM) is no longer an option for public administration, it is an imperative necessity. Public organizations are under strong pressure to improve the effectiveness of their services through their responsiveness, performance, integrity and transparency, as well as their accountability and innovation. Furthermore, many of the public sector organizations are project management oriented, generating more challenging situations due to the temporality and uniqueness of the projects.
