The cause of this failure may vary from the assumed inconsistency of the endometrial biopsy, the variable number of genes found to be dysregulated in endometrium samples without the embryonal-induced effect. This review aims to investigate if ERA was effective in optimizing the reproductive outcomes in a systematic way.
