Push-development terms on tax equations as 2nd tier government industry exploratory partner

This paper seeks to connect fundamental development issues of freedom, agriculture, market, industry and taxation at competitive market outlook on a desk platform of positive projects and provisional government partnership. The suggested concept is of state as a second tier government industry case. The issues connected are suggested as a pull up to contested local works challenges (agro), giving the ground its place as active-positive-strengths for jobs development.

Effect of cerium oxide as filler material on e-glass fiber/epoxy reinforced polymer composites

The present work describes the development and mechanical characterization of new polymer composites consisting of glass fibre reinforcement, epoxy resin and filler materials as cerium oxide. The newly developed composites are characterized for their mechanical properties. Experiments like tensile test and three point bending were conducted to find the significant influence of filler material on mechanical characteristics of GFRP composites.

Correlation between electronic structure and corrosion inhibition of copper in 3m nitric acid solution by some acetophenone aroyl hydrazone derivatives

Some acetophenone aroyl hydrazone derivatives have been studied by the inhibition of copper corrosion in 3M nitric acid solution. The structure of some acetophenone aroyl hydrazone derivatives were calculated by using the AM1 method of the quantum chemical program HyperChem 7.0. Results of the above calculation are coordinated with inhibitor efficiency (P) that is determined by experiment and both are applied to Statgraphics 4.0 software to carry out linear regression.

Perceptron model and its application in intelligent systems

This paper is basically a review paper on Perceptron Model in Machine Learning and Intelligent Systems. This paper expands on the formative years of neural networks, going back to the pioneering work of McCulloch and Pitts in 1943. It also focuses on the perceptron convergence theorem. This theorem proves convergence of the perceptron as a linearly separable pattern classifier in finite number time-steps. We have also covered the basic area of machine learning, different learning techniques and application of perceptron in different problem solving.

Simulation tool for facts controllers- “a review”

This paper is an effort to summarize the application and effect of simulation tools used for testing and design of FACTS Controllers. Simulation software and program are powerful and effective tools and their  application helps in technological upliftment and rapid enhancement in the field of electrical and electronics engineering. This paper presents various simulation tools for teaching and research purposes in the area of  FACTS Controllers.

Usingdewey decimal classificationin library of University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hochiminh, Vietnam

Library classification is one of important tasks in any library. Classifying books is as the art of assigning books to their proper places in a system of classification in which the various subjects of human inquiry, or the descriptions of human life in its various aspects, are grouped according to their likeness or relation to one another (Merrill, 1939). In order to conduct these tasks, using one of library classification schemes is one basic requirement. Dewey Decimal Classification is one of them which help the librarians to do that.

Malicious software perception in cloud computing environment

The usage of cloud computing environment is increasingly common and we rely on it for various services. Cloud services means services made available to users on demand via the Internet from a cloud computing provider's servers as opposed to being provided from a company's own on-premises servers. Cloud services are designed to provide easy, scalable access to applications, resources and services, and are fully managed by a cloud services provider.

A Review on: Artificial intelligence techniques in electrical and computer engineering

Due to recent development of artificial intelligence (AI) applications in active power filter (APF) growth of electricity market has distinguish in the intelligence users recognize electricity. These changes may require consumers have become more challenging. The amount and feature of the data being confined in existing electrical power monitors through artificial intelligence (AI) has been increasing significantly in recent years.

Influence of cr2o3 on structural parameters of screen printed zno thick films

Thick films of pure and Cr2O3 doped ZnO with various concentrations (1 wt. %, 3 wt. %, 5 wt. %,7 wt% and 10 wt% ) of Cr2O3 were prepared on alumina substrates using a screen printing technique. These films were fired at a temperature of 700ºC for two hours in an air atmosphere. Morphological, compositional and structural properties of the samples were studied using the scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction techniques respectively. Crystallite size, lattice parameters and specific surface area of undoped and doped films were determined.
