The Indian banking industry is transforming from its traditional transactional concept to Relationship Marketing. The tag “Customer is King” depicts that the customer is the focal point for any business scenario. The CRM concept has been implemented with the intention of better understanding of needs, requirements and trying to maintain a long term relationship with the customer. Maintaining personalized attention approach, managing database, creating customer value and appropriate retention strategies is the key for growth for banks in the present day scenario.

Awareness and use of internet resources by visually -impaired students in maulana azad library at aligarh muslim university, Aligarh

The aim of this study is to investigate the awareness and usage of internet resources among U.G., P.G. and Ph. D. Visually Impaired students in Maulana Azad Library, A.M.U., Aligarh. Study was carried out the survey methods and Questionnaire tool were used to collect data. Analyses reveled that majority of the U.G,P.G. and Ph.D. Students are Computer literatures and are aware of online resources. The mostly used assistive technology is screen reader. It is found the students are depending on internet resources mainly for their academic purpose.

The need for career guidance and counseling in school: a case study of papua new Guinea

The objective of this study is to analyze the education system of Papua New Guinea regarding the state of career guidance and counseling in the school system through a critical analysis of educational reform documents and perceptions of teachers, students and parents. The rationale is to offer recommendation for improvement where there seems to be a challenge. The study used a mixed of empirical and qualitative research method.
