Giving full play to the role as fighting bastion of party organization at the grass-root level in colleges in coping with emergencies

Crisis means risk and opportunity in a way. Party organization at the grass-root level in colleges must cope with emergencies. Therefore, it is necessary to do a good job in the following three aspects: the first is to strengthen learning, and raise the consciousness of the grass-roots party organization in coping with emergencies; the second is to strengthen grass-roots party organizations in coping with emergencies for a sound system; the third is to improve the ability of basic level party organization in coping with emergencies by the innovation of the construction of the party.

School leadership, school climate, and school performance: experiences of some asian countries

The purpose of this paper is to find out the relationship among school leadership, school climate and school performance. The experiences of five Asian countries: Japan, China, India, Bangaladesh, and Nepal have been taken as the pedestal for the study. Review and analysis of the related documents and literatures were the key basis of the information. Study results suggest that there is harmonic relationship between school leadership, school climate and school performance.

The problems of indian tribal communities in current scinario

Tribal communities are scattered all the states of India. All tribals are having same characteristics and problems. They have their own culture and lifestyle. After independence some changes and development have been taking place but still expected success could not cover by them. Through this article special focus given on the various problems and the role of government for maintain the policy of development in current scenario. The serious and important problems have been discussed in this article and suggestions with eradication plan mention for fix the direction of tribal development.

E-commerce and trade openness in Africa: A panel data analysis

This paper probes on the influence of e-commerce on the level of trade openness in Africa using country-level panel data from the period 1990 to 2013. Several additional variables were incorporated into the model to control for omitted variable biased. The estimation with fixed-effects techniques, both under the ordinary least squares (OLS) and generalized method of moments (GMM) estimators, points to evidence a significant positive relationship between e-commerce and trade openness in Africa.

Stakeholder perception on factors incluencing ngo collaboration with government in family health education in the tema metropolis of the greater accra region of Ghana

The purpose of this study was to determine stakeholder perception on factors influencing collaboration between Governmental Organizations (GOs) and Nongovernmental Organizations (NGOs) based on organizations sampled from the Tema Metropolis in Ghana. Using descriptive analysis, the study identified the key factors that facilitate successful collaboration between NGOs and GOs to include frequent communication, a good purpose and a favourable policy environment along with the roles and responsibilities that characterize an effective collaboration.

A study of mergers & acquisitions in aviation industry in India and their impact on the operating performance and shareholder wealth

The objective of this paper is to study, why organisations take the inorganic mode of expansion. However, the main focus is on studying the operating performance and shareholder value of acquiring companies and comparing their performance before and after the merger. To conduct a uniform research and arrive at an accurate conclusion, we restrict our research to only Indian companies. To get a perspective on India, we study aviation sector. We will test feasibility that mergers improve operating performance of acquiring companies.

Abuse of medical students in Bulgaria

Medical students often face high levels of abuse, which affect their health and well-being. We performed this study to analyze the prevalence of mistreatment among students in Medical Faculty- Sofia. Cross-sectional web-based study was carried out in 2015 with 257 medical students at the Faculty of Public Health- Sofia. Relation between variables was assessed with chi-square test with a significance level of p <0.05. At least one episode of mistreatment was reported by 66 % of the medical students. The most common source of mistreatment was assistant professors, followed by professors.

The growth, reproduction and survival of biomphalaria species in the field and laboratory conditions at lake albert in Western Uganda

Bilharzia or Schistosomiasis is a parasitic infection of man and is caused by blood flukes of the genus Schistosoma. The parasite is transmitted through specific aquatic intermediate hosts in various freshwater habitats. In terms of socioeconomic and public health importance it is regarded second to malaria among the parasitic diseases affecting man in tropical and some sub-tropical countries of the world.

The bacteriological and demographic pattern of term and near term neonatal sepsis in a tertiary care hospital

Aims and Objective: of the study was to assess the bacteriological profile and demographic pattern of neonatal sepsis. Material and Methods: Prospective analytic study was done from January 2015 to December 2015. Out of 1272 admissions, all term and near term neonates with weight appropriate for gestational age were 954, all were investigated on the basis of history, clinical findings, biochemical investigations, cultures for bacteriological profile and demographic pattern of neonatal sepsis.
