Objective: To evaluate the antibacterial activity of the hydro alcoholic extract of red propolis over strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa (ATCC27853). Method: Exploratory research, in vitro. The studies found in the literature indicate that high-impact physical exercise is a risk factor for urinary incontinence, but it has been observed that there is a gap in studies including the Crossfit® modality. Thus, the objective of the present study is to verify the prevalence of stress urinary incontinence in women practicing Crossfit®. This is a prospective cross-sectional study, where the sample consisted of ninety-one women, of whom 50 were non-practitioners of physical activity and 41 were Crossfit® practitioners.

Tamil Nadu being a water scarce State, micro irrigation needs to be promoted extensively for both the agricultural and horticultural crops.
