Effect on foliar application of thio-urea on physiological, biochemical and yield potential in different wheat [triticum aestivum l.] cultivars under drought and irrigated conditions

The field experiments were conducted at Student Instructional Farm of CSAUAT Kanpur, during Rabi 2016-17 and 2017-18. The objective of investigation was to study the effect of foliar applied potassium nitrate and thio-urea with different doses on plant traits (physiological, biochemical, yield and its components) of two wheat varieties under drought and irrigated condition. It was designed in split-split plot design with three replications.

Beetles (coleoptera) abundance and diversity in two zones of intensive rubber production in côted'ivoire (bongo and toupah)

In order to study the abundance and diversity of beetlesinrubberagro systems, a study was conducted in Bongo and Toupahrespectively in the south and south-east of Côted'Ivoire. Beetle were sampled by the combination off our types of traps in different plantations aged from1to 5,6 to10 years, overthan 15 years old, and a forest as control. A total of 10874 beetles distributed in 55 families were collected. The distribution of beetles families in different groups according to their size, shows that abundant Beetle have a higher abundance than the common and rare ones.

Performance of the nurse in radiotherapy

Cancer is a public health problem with a high incidence and mortality rate. The study aims to analyze and discuss about the nurse's role in a radiotherapy unit. This is an experience report performed in a radiotherapy unit of a High Complexity Unit in an Oncology Center of a general hospital in the Northwest region of the State of Rio Grande do Sul. The insertion in the unit occurred through the Postgraduate Curricular Internship Lato Sensu in Oncology.

Autistic spectrum disorder, a current pedagogical analysis on school inclusion

Autism is a non-degenerative disorder, with changes present at very early ages, typically before three years old, and which is always characterized by severe difficulties throughout the individual's life, reflecting both social and communicative skills and repetitive behaviors and limited interests, with great variability in the intensity and form of expression of the symptomatology in the areas that define its diagnosis. The objective of this study was to conduct a current pedagogical analysis of Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

The new genus of hysterium spec.nov.from marathwada

The Ascomycetous Fungi is the largest group. These fungi are highly diverse and versatile organisms adapted to all kinds of environment. Also they are heterogenous in nature and rich in their pattern. However, it was observed that since during last few years Mycology, a branch of Botany has been neglected in Marathwada region and no studies have been done on this particular branch. Therefore, it was felt to undertake the work on taxonomic studies of ascomycetous fungi. To investigate fungal flora and to study their taxonomic aspects, Ramling hill forest was selected.

Diversity and production constraints of bambara groundnut (vignasubterranea L.) in dry savannah of togo

Bambara groundnut [Vigna subterranea (L.) Verdc.], a grain-legume is a neglected and under used crop in Africa and Togo in particular. The objectives of the present study were to evaluate the diversity of Bambara groundnut in the dry savannah zones of Togo, crop management practices and challenges faced by farmers in sustainable production of the crop. A survey followed by collection of Bambara groundnut accessions was therefore undertaken in the seven districts of Kara Region. A total of 107 producers were randomly interviewed and 133 landraces were collected.

Comparison phytoextraction of pb, cd, cu and zn by three plant species: cyperusesculentus, daturainnoxia and ricinuscommunis

Background: Population’s exponential growth leads to an increase of human activities that brings large amounts of pollutants that contaminate soils and century plants by metallic elements Trace (ETM). These, like Cu, Pb and Cd cause serious issues. Material and methods: In this study, experiments in culture pots were conducted. Three plant species, Cyperusesculentus, Daturainnoxia and Ricinuscommunis were tested. Cultures were made in two soil types (low polluted and highly polluted soils) contaminated by ETM Cd, Cu, Pb and Zn. They were watered daily with tap water.
