Revisão integrativa de literatura acerca dos riscos ocupacionais envolvendo a equipe de enfermagem em urgência e emergência

Risco ocupacional é conceituado como a possibilidade de algum elemento ou situação, presente no ambiente ou mesmo no processo de trabalho, causar danos à saúde. Os riscos ocupacionais são inerentes às várias especialidades da enfermagem, entretanto, a atuação em setor específico, como no de urgência e emergência, pode contribuir para o aumento da exposição aos riscos ocupacionais, pois essa área da profissão caracteriza-se pelo atendimento imediato e inicial às vítimas de trauma ou agravos imprevistos.

Objectivity and subjectivity in clinical nursing care: A reflective dialogue

This reflection aims to assess the influence of objectivity and subjectivity in clinical nursing care. We sought to list which elements are necessary for an adequate definition of objectivity and subjectivity applied to clinical nursing care. When unveiling concepts and aspects inherent to care, the intertwining between care is observed based on subjective and objective dimensions.

Pré-eclampsia: prevalência total e fatores de risco por faixa etária em maternidade de referência em teresina-pi em 2018

Pré-eclâmpsia é o aparecimento de hipertensão com proteinúria ou lesão de órgãos alvo diagnosticada na segunda metade da gravidez em gestantes previamente normotensas. Esta condição é importante causa de morbimortalidade materna e perinatal. Este estudo objetivou analisar a prevalência de pré-eclâmpsia e os fatores de risco associados, por faixa etária, em pacientes internadas em maternidade pública de referência em Teresina-PI em 2018. Foi um estudo descritivo e retrospectivo com abordagem quantitativa.

Production and quality of ryegrass pasture with different nitrogen fertilization levels and its influence in the performance of lambs

The effect of nitrogen levels (0, 75, 150, and 225 kg ha-1) in broadcast application on the production and quality of ryegrass pasture as well as lamb production was evaluated. Thirty-six matrices and 60 lambs were maintained in continuous grazing for 112 days. A randomized complete block design with a factorial arrangement 4 (nitrogen levels) x 6 (evaluation dates) for forage evaluation, and 4 (nitrogen levels) x 7 (evaluation dates) for animal performance with 3 replications was used.

Skin wounds: general aspects and healing stages

Few diseases affect so many people, regardless of age, country, religious belief, economic class or any other personal characteristic, such as skin wounds. As for the potential for contamination, skin wounds are classified as clean, potentially contaminated, contaminated and infected. Depending on the depth, they are types I (affects only the epidermis), II (epidermis and dermis), III (all layers of the skin) or IV (compromises the deeper tissues). The healing that has the phases of inflammation, proliferation and maturation can occur for the first, second or third intention.

The mothers' perception of the hepatitis b virus

Goal: Describe the perception and socio-demographic profile of mothers on the Hepatitis B Virus in a regional Maternity. Method: A descriptive qualitative approach study, conducted at the Foundation Holy House of Mercy of Para, and the public of this study, women interned in the wards of maternity rooming with application of a semi-structured interview in accordance to the purpose of the study.

Relationship between lumbar neuromuscular pain, lumbar disability and physical performancein patients with chronic nonspecific low back pain

Objetivo: Nonspecific low back pain (LBP) refers to pain and discomfort localized in the lumbo-sacral region, with or without radiating leg pain. The patient often shows pain between the costal margins and the inferior gluteal folds, and it is usually accompanied by painful limitation of movement.Non specific Low back pain can also affect the person’s health, physical performance, quality of life. It also increases the medical burden and social costs. The LBP imposes high direct and indirect costs on the patients and therefore the society.

Postpartum depression assessment in nursing consultation

Objectives: Identify the sociodemographic profile and the predisposition of postpartum women to postpartum depression. Method: Cross-sectional, quantitative study carried out with puerperal women attended by the “Nursing Consultation in Prenatal and Postpartum Project”, admitted to a maternity hospital in Ponta Grossa, from August 2018 to January 2019. The instrument used for data collection was the Edinburgh Postpartum Depression Scale.

Conhecimento de profissionais da saúde sobre o manejo da chikungunya: revisão integrativa

Objetivo: Analisar através da literatura o conhecimento dos profissionais da saúde acerca do manejo da Chikungunya. Método: Estudo de revisão interativa, realizada nas bases de dados LILACS, MEDLINE, SciELO e Web of Science. Foram elencados seis artigos completos, publicados entre 2015 a 2019. Resultados: Evidenciou-se poucas publicações sobre a temática, sendo que no Brasil houve ausência de estudos. Observou-se, ainda, que há graves lacunas no conhecimento de profissionais da saúde sobre o manejo daChikungunya, portanto, é imprescindível o desenvolvimento de novos estudos na área.

Simple blind clinical study of scaring action in aloe vera as coverage in pressure injuries in hospitalized patients

Pressure injuries are a public health problem, with tissue repair being one of the main objectives of clinical intervention. The use of therapeutics based on medicinal herbs has grown over the years in the context of health. In this context, studies involving phytotherapies that collaborate with the healing process are being discussed, among them are those with the use of Aloe vera, which have been seen as a therapeutic option or complement. Objective: To analyze the use of Aloe vera- based coverage for the healing of pressure injuries in hospitalized patients.
