The Fourth Industrial revolution has taken the world into storm with its new developments such as Internet of Things (IoT), robotics, virtual reality among others. Supply chain is also one of the key areas affected by this transformation. There are various variables that contributes to the sustainable supply chain management ranging from processes, the people and its involvement and the technology aspects such as collaborative e-grid.

Expanded field theory is described with new axioms and laws. It includes 2 new axioms, 8 laws and many consequences. This reportuses 1 axiom (Axiom1) and only 6 laws. It is well-known the Classic axiom of Maxwell's laws, who is the basis of Classic field theory. It states that the motion of vector E in closed loop is always evenly or the velocity is constant: div (rot E) = 0. The new axiom claims that the movement of vector E in an open circuit is always unevenly or the velocity is variable: div (rot E) ≠ 0. When the movement is in a plane (2D), a cross vortex is produced.

Abstract: The problem for this study emerged from the fact that little was known on the challenges faced in counselling offered to sexually abused children in Victim Support Units. The study was guided by two objectives namely:to investigate the challenges in the provision of counselling; to explore challenges faced by sexually abused children in accessing counselling. Method: Case study design was used. Data was collected using: interviews, focused group discussion, questionnaire and non- participant observation. The sample was drawn from 7 selected VSU in Lusaka District.

The literature points out that the theme of gender identity, in the school context, even though it is a current and important theme, is still a little debated and explored. The purpose of this article was to investigate, together with primary school teachers, their perceptions about this theme in the school context of the 6th to 9th-grade elementary school, as well to find out the occurrence of curricular training that contemplates the theme of gender study and identify possible actions of approach about the theme.

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) was established in the year 1935 in a accordance with the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934. It performs important monetary functions from issue of currency note to maintenance o f monetary stability in the country. Initially the Reserve Bank of India was a private share holder’s company which was nationalized in 1949. In this paper, an attempt was made to assess the effectiveness of utilising short sections of Eucalyptus hybrid through finger jointing using two common adhesives. The study was based on the estimation of Modulus of elasticity (MoE) and Modulus of Rupture (MoR) of jointed sections under static bending and comparing them with the values measured for clear wood sections from the same wood. For joining the sections, the Poly Vinyl Acetate (PVAc) and Urea Formaldehyde (UF) adhesives were used.

Este estudo objetivou verificar o discurso dos profissionais atuantes na Estratégia Saúde da Família em relação aos Determinantes Sociais da Saúde e seu enfrentamento. Foi realizado um estudo exploratório, transversal de cunho qualitativo com abordagem hermenêutica-dialética. A população do estudo foi constituída por profissionais médicos, enfermeiros e cirurgiões dentistas. Os dados foram coletados através de entrevista, utilizando questionário previamente estruturado. Foram analisados pelo método do discurso do sujeito coletivo.

Abstract: Some public policies specifically for family farm were created in Brazil from the 1990s, mainly aimed at strengthening and make them stay in the countryside. The purpose of this article was to present the operationalization of the National School Lunch Program - NSLP, as a public policy for the commercialization of family farmers' products, exemplifying its execution based in Marechal Cândido Rondon/PR - Brazil case. For this, a bibliographic search and a collection data were carried out.
