Citriculture has a strong economic impact on the Brazilian trade balance, and the study of the ‘Dekopon’ variety comes as a technological advance meeting the demands of the market. However, this fruit still needs techniques that aim to maintain its post-harvest qualities. Therefore, the objective of this research was to physically and chemically evaluate the 'Dekopon' mandarin fruits by analyzing the influence of the application of different times of type C Ultraviolet Radiation (UVC), associated with different storage temperatures.

The Lean concept was applied for the first time in the Toyota Production System (STP). Where it was used as a tool to increase productivity by eliminating waste. The term Lean Construction is an application of this philosophy in the construction industry. This article reports a case of the implementation of Lean Construction at a construction site where a kilometer of pipes for the drainage of rainwater from the retaining boxes of a company in the transportation of fuels and a condominium located in west of Manaus.

Objetivou-se com este estudo verificar a utilização de Equipamentos de Proteção Individual (EPIs) pela equipe de Enfermagem em um Serviço de Atendimento Móvel de Urgência de Floriano-PI. Trata-se de um estudo descritivo e exploratório com abordagem quantitativa. A amostra foi constituída por sete profissionais de Enfermagem. Para a coleta dos dados foi utilizado um questionário fechado e esta somente foi efetuada após aprovação do Comitê de Ética em Pesquisa.

Estudo com objetivo de identificar evidências científicas disponíveis na literatura acerca de intervenções de educação sobre reanimação cardiopulmonar no ambiente escolar. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa, realizada na PUBMED/MEDLINE, CINAHL, LILACS, BDENF, SCOPUS, WEB of SCIENCE e ADOLEC, sendo encontrados 3.560 estudos e dez (10) foram selecionados para amostra final. As publicações ocorreram entre 2013 a 2019, prevalecendo estudos com nível IV de evidência. A amostra dos participantes variou de no mínimo 83 alunos ao máximo 1.093 alunos dos quais a idade variou entre 5 a 19 anos.

Este estudo apresentaum exemplo da arte do palhaço em ambientes hospitalares. A pesquisa, de cunho qualitativo e descritivo, foi operacionalizada por meio de um estudo de caso do Programa “Rir é o Melhor Remédio”, desenvolvido no Hospital Maicé, localizado no Município de Caçador-SC.

The indicators of thermal stress for ruminants are described according to the magnitude of the meteorological elements, physiological, behavioral adjustments, and productive response. This research was conducted to evaluate the ingestive behavior and phenotypic plasticity of Girolando heifers subjected to continuous grazing in the semiarid of Pernambuco. Three heifers of 7/8 Dutch-Gir genetic composition were evaluated, submitted to a paddock with 40 x 40 m brachiaria, for 21 days.

This study analyzed and elaborated the competitive activity model. Data from the 40 rowers (29.52 ± 4.50 years) of the 2010-2018 world finalists were analyzed. Physical characteristics: age (years), body weight (kg), height (m) and body mass index (kg/m2). And motor activities during competition: time 2000m (s), average speed (m/s), stroke rate (spm), power (w), number (sn), length (m), cycle time (s) and technical level (%). After analysis of the results, the competitive and elite model was elaborated.

The mining industry has experienced significant labor and expertise shortages due to demographic changes like the rapidly aging workforce, a negative perception of mining as a promising career path, and low rates of female participation. Within this skills shortages scenario, the apparent obstacles that women experience for advancing into executive positions in the mining industry worsen the forecasts.

The present study aims to analyze the behavior of the consumer through actions of impacts on the environment, caused by the consumerism of the society. We conducted a survey in the literature pertaining to the subject, to approach a case study. It is an exploratory, descriptive research, where it is used as an instrument for data collection, a semistructured questionnaire, having as a sample 100 inhabitants of the city of Cajazeiras-PB, who freely and willingly agreed to participate in the study.
