O presente artigo analisa as implicações jurídicas, sociais e emocionais enfrentadas por indivíduos acusados falsamente de violência doméstica, no contexto da Lei Maria da Penha (Lei 11.340/2006). Embora a lei seja fundamental para a proteção das mulheres vítimas de violência, a utilização indevida por meio de denúncias falsas levanta preocupações sobre o impacto na vida das vítimas falsamente denunciadas.

Hypertension, a major global public health concern. It is one among the leading disease in the world. The prevalence is high in urban than in rural areas. More than 40% of individuals are with history of hypertension. The recent surveys indicate that death rate due to hypertension is globally increasing. More than half of the people with hypertension are currently not following the therapy. The aetiology involves a composite of pathophysiological, environmental and mental conditions besides genetics. It is a key indicative for cardiac diseases.

Hypertension, Obesity, or Sthaulya Roga, is a global health issue that impedes general well-being and contributes to a host of chronic illnesses. According to the traditional Indian medical system known as Ayurveda, obesity is a complicated illness that results from an imbalance of doshas, primarily kapha dosha, along with additional variables like poor diet, a sedentary lifestyle, and hereditary susceptibility. Acharya Charaka involved Sthaulya Roga in chapter Cha. Su. 21 and Samtarpana-Janita Rogain chapter Cha.Su. 23.

One of the vital challenges among pregnant women is to acquire quality maternal health care services. It is essential to improve healthy pregnancy and promote healthy childbirth. Also, to truly understand and increase awareness of the difficulties among pregnant women in rural and urban communities. This study aims to assess the utilization of maternal health services and identify demographic and socio-economic factors that influence maternal conditions among pregnant women in Consolacion, Cebu.

Introduction: A Case control study was conducted to assess the risk status of breast cancer and lifestyle behavior of women in R. G Kar Medical College and Hospital, Kolkata. The objectives of the study were to assess the risk status of breast cancer and life style behaviours and determine the relationship between risk status of breast cancer and life style behaviours.

A non-experimental study was conducted to assess knowledge and attitude regarding regular medical health checkup among selected area of Ahmedabad. The general system model was used as a conceptual framework. A non- experimental study design was used to achieve the objectives of the study. This study consisted of 100 samples from selected area of Ahmedabad.

El presente articulo científico representa una reflexión crítica sobre la educación ambiental como mecanismo que permite brindar a la humanidad una serie de competencias para actuar coherentemente ante los desafíos ambientales. Las conferencias ambientales que se han desarrollado en este recorrido histórico muestran una preocupación, pero también unos desafíos de la sociedad por lograr el rescate de la casa común.

O presente artigo aborda a aplicabilidade das medidas protetivas previstas na Lei Maria da Penha, Lei nº 11.340/2006, considerando sua possível extensão a vítimas de violência doméstica e familiar independentemente de gênero. Originalmente, a Lei Maria da Penha foi criada para proteger mulheres em situação de vulnerabilidade, porém, com o avanço das discussões sobre igualdade de gênero e direitos humanos, surge o debate sobre a sua aplicação aos homens.

The article discusses the development of a web application for the veterinary pathology department at the University Centre of Espírito Santo, motivated by the need to modernize and automate the process of managing diagnostic records. The aim was to create a digital system that would replace manual methods, providing greater agility and precision in the management of information. To this end, applied research methodologies were employed, with meetings held with professionals in the field of Veterinary Medicine to align the requirements and validate the functionalities developed.
