With the advent of globalization, supply chain systems in all domains have become highly complex due to the ever-growing networking and change of approach towards automation which have at times been limited in traditional supply chains. One of the key aspects to be targeted in conventional methodologies is the centralized nature of the supply chain. Due to this factor, there is deterioration in the quality, contamination and tampering of the food product that is delivered to the end user.

Okra, (Abelmoschus esculentus), herbaceous hairy annual plant of the family Malvaceae. Okra originated somewhere around the Ethiopia, and was cultivated by the ancient Egyptians by the 12th century B.C. Its cultivation spread throughout Middle East and North Africa. There are two hypotheses concerning the geographical origin of A. esculentus. Some authors argue that one putative ancestor (A.tuberculatus) is native to Uttar Pradesh in northern India, suggesting that the species originated from this geographic area.

O presente trabalho tem como objetivo identificar os sinais e sintomas da Filariose Linfática e os métodos diagnósticos e laboratoriais usados atualmente para confirmar a doença.Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literaturaPara responder ao objetivo proposto foram consultadas as seguintes bases de dados: Medical Publications (PubMed), Scopus (Elsevier), Google acadêmico e ScientificElectronic Library Online (SciELO). Usando os descritores: Filariose Linfática, diagnósticos, exames, prevenção. Estudos publicados em português, inglês e/ou espanhol.

Objetivou-se avaliar o efeito de diferentes tratamentos pré-germinativos no desenvolvimento inicial de plântulas de caramboleira. O experimento foi conduzido no viveiro de produção de mudas, no viveiro do Instituto Federal do Espírito Santo (IFES-Campus SantaTeresa), com sementes imersas em diferentes tratamentos: água natural (26°C) como testemunha, água com gelo (0°C) e água (100°C) por 30 minutos, geladeira (10°C) por 24 horas, congelador (-10°C) por 6 horas, solução de NaCl (9%), solução de KCl (5%), água de coco e suco de laranja por trinta minutos.

Este trabalho tem como objetivo estudar a viabilidade da instalação de uma usina eólica sobre a Lagoa Mirim, na região de Santa Vitória do Palmar. Para isso, utiliza-se da revisão bibliográfica para contextualizar a energia eólica onshore e offshore no Brasil e, em seguida, na região em análise. A metodologia adotada é composta pela tecnologia existente que contempla o tipo de turbina e o tipo de fundação mais apropriadas. Também contém os dados do projeto identificando a fonte e a localização do recurso energético.

The effectiveness and sustainable waste management consist of addressing all the vital aspects: economic, social, environmental, technological efficiency, and political willingness. In this study, the focus has been made to understand the economic, social, and environmental aspects of the Phobjikha valley waste management system in Bhutan through the use of statistical tools to analyze the data obtained through field surveys, visits, and literature reviews.
