Changing lifestyles and economic growth led to rise in tourism sector. India is the ideal tourist destination due to diverse culture, language, art, music, clothing, festivals, religion, wild life and soon. North-East India is well blessed by Nature and it lays at the centre of one of the  world’s  richest bio-geographic areas. It is the treasure house of various economic resources. It has a rich cultural and ethnic heritage that can easily make it a tourist-spot.

Job enrichment is an excellent means of enhancing employee job satisfaction and prevention of staff turnover or intention to leave an organization. However, little research has been conducted to determine the effectiveness of job enrichment in Nigeria organizational settings. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to establish the effect of job enrichment on job satisfaction of non-academic staff in selected private universities in South-West Nigeria. This study employed a cross-sectional survey design.

A research can lead to new contributions to the existing knowledge. Only through research is it possible to make progress in a field. Research is indeed civilization and determines the economic, social and political development of a nation. The results of scientific research very often force a change in the philosophical view of problems which extend far beyond the restricted domain of science itself. Research is not confined to science and technology only. There are vast areas of research in other disciplines such as languages, literature, history and sociology.

Bacterial endocarditis is a serious infection of the heart valves caused mainly by Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcusviridans. The objective of this study was to conduct a literature review of the main guidelines for the AHA and work related to bacterial resistance and the applicability of these standards in clinical cases. It was infective endocarditis. Concluded that, although relatively uncommon, is a disease que causes substantial morbidity and mortality. Although the advances in diagnosis and treatment have improved antimicrobial, prevention is still an important factor.

This study investigates information and communication technology (ICT) and the performance of selected Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) in Onitsha Metropolis. It is observed that despite the enormous benefits derived from ICT in the field of business, trade, industry and commerce the adoption level is relatively low in Nigeria when compared to development countries. The general objective of the study is to examine the contribution of ICT to the performance of selected SMEs in Onitsha metropolis.

The mechanism by which gravity is produced is explained by the braking effect, understood as uniformly desaccelerated motion. Additionally, the effects of gravity, mass and inertia are explained. The dark matter is considered as a braking´ increase or, that is the same, the gravity´ increase.

Text Mining is termed as extraction of relevant yet hidden information from the text document. One of the essential concepts in the field of text mining is Text classification (Also called Text Categorization). Through the sudden growth in digital world and available documents, the task of organizing text data becomes one of the principal problems. The classification problem has been widely studied in data mining, machine learning, database, and information retrieval. On the basis of text information processing, we have made a study of support vector machine in text categorization.

The paper endeavours to unveil a design strategy to retain the true nature of the output in the event of occurrence of faults at the interconnect level of cascaded digital circuits. The operational pattern of the combinational circuit facilitates the creation of a self healing attribute and ensures the reliability of the digital architecture. The proposed scheme inserts faults randomly into the system at the interconnect levels and fosters to predict its behaviour in response to a fault.

Ensuring high levels of occupational health and safety remains a significant issue. The concept of safety climate has come to every organization due to frequent accident occurred within a cultural and social context. It is the duty of the organization to ensure that every individual has to learn organizational safety values and finally make sure to find out the appropriateness of safety-related behavior.

Sustainable  rural livelihood has been defined as a livelihood that comprises of the capabilities , assets (stores, resources, claims and access) and activities required for a means of living: A livelihood is sustainable than can cope with and recover from stress and shocks , maintain or enhance its capabilities and assets , and provide sustainable livelihood opportunities for the next generation; and which contributes net benefits to other livelihoods at the local and global levels and in the short and long term.
