Computerized modeling of vitamin d2 containing sulfur, selenium or tellurium in oxygen site

The investigations using the molecular mechanics technique with good approximation confirmed structural X-ray data for vitamin D2. The calculation of bond lengths and bond angles provided new structural information for vitamin D2 derivatives containing chalcogens (sulfur, selenium or tellurium) in oxygen site. The comparison showed that most of the bond lengths of the substituted compounds are similar, with the exception of the key bonds Ch-H and Ch – C(3), which grow linearly with the ionic radii of chalcogens.

A research design adopted for this study was Quantitative randomized control &experimental pre ,post design .

Different color detection in an rgb image

This paper presents the methodology for extracting different colors from an RGB image. RGB image have different colors with different values of color contents for each pixel. As red, Green and blue are the fundamental colors for every color formation and these can be extracted by simply using MATLAB commands. But in real life applications like face detection or skin detection or some applications in floriculture, detection of different fruits of vegetables etc. other colors have to be detected. So this paper presents the dignified approach to extract the concerned color from an image.

Collar is the part of a shirt, dress, coat or blouse that fastens around or frames the neck. Among clothing construction professionals, a collar is differentiated from other necklines such as revers and lapels, by being made from a separate piece of fabric, rather than a folded or cut part of the same piece of fabric used for the main body of the garment. A collar may be permanently attached to the main body of the garment or detachable.

Morphology of the ileum, colon and rectum of silkworm (lepidoptera: bombycidae)

Silkworm is an insect whose cocoon is used as raw material in the textile industry. For the production of quality silk, a proper functioning of the digestive system is essential. This study examined the morphology of the hindgut chambers, with details of the area of the anal canal, which has been little studied in this important holometabola. The functional dynamism of the intestinal chambers can obscure important morphological characteristics. For this, segments of the hindgut were processed using light microscopy and scanning electron microscopy.

Effect of cigarette smokes density on histophatologis testis of rats

The aim of this study was to know the effect of cigarette smokes to the diameter of seminiferous tubulus testis and the number of Leydig cell of rats exposed to the cigarettes smoke. Some constituents of cigarette smoke was nitrogen, amoniac, CO*,CO2, NO* , NO2*, H2S, Tar, nicotin and metal would influence reproductive system. Twenty four adult male rats were divided to four groups i.e : one group for control (C) and three groups for treatment by cigarette smoke of 38 mV cigarette smokes (T1), 63 mV cigarette smokes (T2), and 181 mV cigarette smokes (T3).

Use of safe surgery checklist in brazilian health services: integrative review

In an attempt to mitigate cases of adverse events and incidents with surgical patients, the brazilian Ministry of Health advocates the use of a checklist, which must be applied in the trans-operative period of all surgical procedures performed in the country’s health services. The purpose of this study was to identify the brazilian scientific production on the use of the safe surgical checklist and verify the professional adherence to it.
