Aim of the study: is to assess the level of sleep disturbance and severity of symptoms interference among patients with pulmonary arterial hypertension. Background: During clinical posting in the Saveetha Medical College Hospital Chennai, the investigator came across many patients with pulmonary artery disease and the impact the disease has on patients' and the symptoms was less well understood until recently.

Perception of mothers on breastfeeding in the context of neonatal hospitalization

Not all children in the neonatal intensive care unit can be breastfed by their mothers within the first few hours or days of life. The objective of this study was to know the perception of the puerperae in relation to breastfeeding their children hospitalized in neonatal intensive care units, and the feelings experienced. Descriptive, cross-sectional, qualitative study, carried out from March to April 2016 with mothers assisted at a human milk bank. Data were collected through interviews that were recorded and later transcribed verbatim.

Implementing lexical approach in achieving vocabulary goals in esp classroom

This paper aims to provide information on and a way for teachers of ESP class to implement the lexical approach in achieving vocabulary goals. The Lexical approach is the most commonly used method by teachers, which makes it understandable for both, the teachers and students that how they can interact with English by consuming minimum effort and time. Effect of different hypercaloric diets on the biochemical and anthropometric parameters of wistar rats

Analysis agrarian systems of the oases of the area of kanem in chad

The objective of this article is to restore the analysis of the agrarian system, to identify and characterize the production and farming systems in the oases. For that, several types of investigations were carried out between June and September 2014. The study reveals that the first primitive inhabitants of the area of Kanem come from the various corners of the continent and were established at various places of the oases between 5000 and 8000 years before J. C and ended up constituting the Kanembou ethnos group.

The increased pace of urbanization and modernization has been rapidly changing the Indian culture with regard to career development of women. Indian women belonging to all classes have entered into paid occupations. Presently, Indian women's exposure, especially in the urban areas towards educational opportunities is substantially higher than it was ten decades ago. This has unlocked new vistas, increased awareness and embossed inclination of personal growth. The nature of work-force has been changing and the percentage of men as wage earners and women as housewives has rapidly declined.

Physical and chemical parameters of an ultisols cultivated with pasture in different degradation stages

Soil degradation is an important global issue because of its adverse impact on agronomic productivity, the environment, and its effect on food security and the quality of life. Productivity impacts of soil degradation are due to a decline in soil quality on site where degradation occurs (e.g. erosion) and off site where sediments are deposited. The present study aimed to identify possible signs of soil degradation in a rural property in a region of the State of São Paulo in Brazil.
