The aim of the study is pre and post-reforms of industrialization and its impact on economic growth and employment in India. Industrialization is an essential condition of economic progress. India too occupies Top 10 position among industrialized nations on the basis of aggregate production through on the basis of per capita consumption of industrial goods it is bracketed with underdeveloped countries. The process of industrial growth was accelerated in India with the industrial policy resolution of 1956.

Economics of social security is the discipline which is a relatively young science and if you refer to internet then you may not even find the exact definition of this subject. Nonetheless, the economics of social security is the basis of all social risks mitigation system and consists of the exact methods and parts which are reflected in this article in terms of old age security as a very representative exemple for explaining the matter.

The coastal systems of the world are crucially important to humankind and are under ever-increasing threat from activities within and outside the coastal zone. Education is the basis upon which economic, social and political development of any nation is founded. Thus despite its high cost, goverments and households invest heavily in all forms of education. However, little is known about educational policies that promote equity in schooling across age and gender. This paper sheds light on the associations between gender, age, enrolment and the cost of secondary education using data from one county in Eastern Kenya.

Kerala stands as a model in the implementation of Land Reforms in India. In recent times, there is a growing discussion in the disparity between land reforms and equity in land ownership. The present paper tries to argue that even though land reforms become successful in Kerala by providing land to a minor proportion of people, it failed to give them economic independence. Because, through Land Reforms Act, it was given only a small piece of land for their shelter and it was quite impossible for them to depend completely on this plot of land for their livelihood.

Education is to change the behavior pattern of the learners to a positive direction. In this connection, teaching aptitude plays a significant role and therefore the present study attempted to investigate teaching aptitude among the school teachers. Based on the requirement, a sample of 15 Primary School teachers (Assistant teacher) and 24 Secondary school teachers (Junior teachers) of Upper Siang district were selected and the Tool used was designed and developed by 1). Dr. S.C. Gakhar (Chandigarh) and Dr. Rajnish (Fazilka) for investigation of Teaching aptitude.

Women in the world have a huge contribution for the economic, political and social development of nations. Teaching is one of the social aspect wherein women are involved. In the Ethiopian context, the participation of women in teaching, especially in higher education has been growing from time to time. However, information about how to cope up their challenges is not well studied. Acquainted of this gap, this study attempted to explore the coping mechanisms of new graduate female instructors for their challenges by taking Bahir Dar University as a case in point.

Northeast of Brazil stands out in fruit production, where passion fruit is regarded as one of the major cultures with significant productivity nowadays. The great interests of agribusiness focus on production of various products such as pulp, juice and fresh consumption. However, fruit processing generates a large amount of waste, as the peel of passion fruit. Peels usually have high nutritional value and great potential of industrialization, but most of the time it is thrown away, causing environmental problems.
