The study involves the use of Natural Rubber Degrading Actinobacteria isolated from rubber plantation soil for the degradation of the artificial rubber. Plate assay method by mineral salt medium was followed for the screening of bacteria for knowing its capacity to mineralize the rubber. Degradation of the rubber was confirmed by Schiffs and Fourier Transform Infra Red (FTIR) studies. The cultures were able to utilize the artificial rubber which was confirmed by Schiffs test and FTIR studies. Actinobacteria have the capacity to mineralize artificial rubber.

Agricultural sector has significant roles in Indonesian economic development as an agrarian country. In case of Bali, agricultural development is still being become a priority through subak, even though the tourism development is highly increased. Widely speaking, subak constitutes a customary law community having very strong characteristics, namely socio- agriculture –religious which manages an irrigation system in rice farming.

In the present study morphologic and morphometric analysis is carried out for the first time in the three pairs of otoliths of the sailfish Istiophorus platypterus (Shaw 1792): sagittae, asterisci and lapilli. This work aims to develop a PID controller tuned FUZZY controller, it functions such as maintaining of the terminal voltage of the synchronous generator constant even for the change in load, this is achieved by varying the field current flowing through the field coils of synchronous generator. This study is an attempt to understand the role of social capital and urban informality in avoiding resettlement project of DDA’s first in-situ pilot project of Kathputli colony comparing with the Alaknanda camp where the dwellers were forced to resettle based on field work in Delhi. The study is based on the indicators of social capital formulated from the Bourdieu’s theory of social capital (Bourdieu, 1986), urban informality and avoiding resettlement.

Different musicians have different personalities. Therefore we cannot say that every musician will have similar traits in his personality. Through this paper we are aiming to find out the differences of personality of musicians in different genres of music. An individual's way of thinking, discussing and acting in different situations will be termed as personality. There is a lot of consistency in features of personality in the way people behave. Personality affects our decision making power problem solving capability to handle conflicts.
