This study aimed to build a Health Educational Technology (ET) on the systematization of dressings for the clinical treatment of wounds in a Municipal Health Unit. The ET was built based on the literature with information on the systematization of dressings for the treatment. of wounds. Training on wounds and coverages was performed and the ET prepared for the nursing team was presented, where the importance of using the ET in health was explained.

Objective: The purpose of our work is to report a rare case of hemorrhagic stroke (CVAD) during pregnancy in the second trimester of pregnancy and a favorable course for the mother and the fetus. Our Observation: We report the case of Mrs. NA, aged 42, with a history of poorly monitored hypertension and scarred uterus who was admitted to the emergency department for aphasia and right hemiplegia at the end of pregnancy. from 22 SA. Clinical and paraclinical assessments revealed haemorrhagic stroke with capsulo-thalamic hematoma and ventricular flood complicating severe super-eclampsia.

The objective of this research was to analyze the risks in 3D conformational teletherapy for breast cancer treatment by applying a risk analysis methodology. Treatment processes for breast cancer with 3D conformational teletherapy, image-guided radiotherapy and boost were included in the research. The stages that presented the highest risk percentages were the printing of the technical file (20%), other days of treatment (10.4%) and electron boost (13.3%).

Objetivo: Comparar o anestésico tópico benzocaína 20% com um placebo frente ao controle da dor durante a introdução da agulha para anestesia dos nervos alveolar superior posterior e palatino maior. Métodos: O estudo foi realizado na clinica escola de odontologia da Universidade Federal de Campina Grande (UFCG), tendo uma amostra de 16 pacientes, de ambos os gêneros, submetidos a exodontia dos terceiros molares superiores e com faixa etária média de 21,5 anos.

Objective: To identify the levels of anxiety in high-risk pregnant women. Methods: Cross-sectional study of quantitative-descriptive approach conducted with 112 pregnant women admitted to Agamenon Magalhães Hospital in Recife/PE in the period from April to June 2016. The data were processed in the programs Microsoft Office Excel and Word 2010, after individually applied, through tables, checked with descriptive statistics with values calculated in absolute frequency and analyzed according to national and international literature.

Background: Cervical cancer (CU) is the third most prevalent cancer in women worldwide and Pap smear is a simple, effective and inexpensive technology to modify the rates of prevention, prevalence, and mortality of CU and its precursor lesions. All lesions are curable in up to 100% of cases when treated early and adequately. Objective: Identify the profile of patients with Cervical Cancer, assisted at a Center for High Complexity in Oncology in Northeastern Brazil.Methods: It sought to find retrospective data from patients diagnosed with anatomopathological cervical cancer.

Objective: Evaluate the Knoop microhardness (KHN) of conventional and bulk fill composites light cured in different layers. Materials and Methods: Eighty specimens were prepared, of which forty in 8x2mm thickness and forty in 8x4mm thickness, according to the resins tested: Opus Bulk Fill (FGM); Filtek Bulk Fill (3M); Filtek Z350 XT (3M); Opallis (FGM). The material was prepared according to ISO 4049.The photoactivation was performed with the LED device for 40s. The specimens obtained were submitted to the Knoop microhardness test.

Objetivo: relatar as dificuldades vivenciadas por enfermeiras para desenvolverem ações de promoção da saúde em comunidades quilombolas da região do Bico do Papagaio, Tocantins. Métodos: pesquisa descritiva, do tipo relato de experiência, com abordagem qualitativa, realizada entre outubro de 2017 a julho de 2018, nas comunidades quilombolas: Prachata, Ciriáco e Carrapiché, localizadas no município de Esperantina; e comunidade Ilha de São Vicente, situada no município de Araguatins, ambas no extremo Norte do Tocantins, na região denominada, de Bico do Papagaio.

O presente estudo tem como objetivo (re)conhecer a trajetória histórica e o conceito da Atenção Primária à Saúde. Propõe-se um estudo teórico-reflexivos desenvolvidos nos subcapítulos“Atenção Primária à Saúde: de Dawson à Alma Ata”; “Atenção Primária à Saúde: de Alma Ata à Astana” e “Atenção Primária à Saúde no Brasil”. Conhecer um pouco da trajetória histórica e dos conceitos da APS se faz necessário para compreender como os Sistema de Saúde desenvolvem suas ações em saúde.

Objetivou-se identificar as tendências de teses e dissertações brasileiras referentes a temática da coordenação do cuidado na Rede de Atenção à Saúde (RAS). Metodologia: Trata-se de um estudo de Revisão Narrativa da Literatura. Para a realização da revisão, foi feita a busca detalhada no Banco de Teses e Dissertações da Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior e no banco de dados do Instituto Brasileiro de Informação em Ciência e Tecnologia.
