Education for impact, vocational training and life-long learning: an experience report from leaders who transform program in Brazil
This article aims to present an experience report of the Leaders who Transform Program, implemented by the Postgraduate Program of the University of Fortaleza, in the State of Ceará, Brazil. That Program was developed a way to respond to the social and jobmarket demands of the 21st century. It is based on three pillars: 1) The development of 21st skills; 2) excellent technical training; 3) knowledge transfer through final projects that address social challenges.
