Introdução: Os benzodiazepínicos (BZD) são agentes ansiolíticos que atuam por meio da interação com o receptor gama-aminobutírico (GABA), o qual permite o influxo de íons cloreto, responsável por deprimir o sistema nervoso central (SNC). Os principais efeitos terapêuticos dos BZD são: ansiolítico, anticonvulsivante e sedativo. No entanto, devido ao risco de dependência e os efeitos colaterais que estes medicamentos causam nos pacientes, eles não devem ser utilizados por tempo prolongado.

This article proposes a reflection on the strategic value of the Management of Quality of Working Life (MQWL) of health professionals involved in combating COVID-19. At first, the current pandemic scenario was contextualized, and the main psychosocial effects it triggered in the lives of health professionals were highlighted. Then, the concept of Quality of Working Life (QWL) has been defined and articulated with the work reality of health professionals on the front line against COVID-19.

Objetivou-se com o presente estudo verificar a prevalência de incontinência urinária por esforço em mulheres praticantes de CrossFit® no Rio Grande do Norte. Trata-se de um estudo transversal, exploratório, com abordagem quantitativa. A coleta de dados ocorreu por meio do preenchimento do questionário International Consultation on Incontinence Questionnaire - Short Form (ICIQ-SF). A amostra do estudo foi composta por 174 mulheres praticantes da modalidade estudada. A coleta de dados só ocorreu após aprovação pelo Comitê de Ética em Pesquisa.

Many researchers and scientists have studied the new Coronavirus strain, COVID-19, searching of possible vaccines and treatments. Natural products have been widely used as an adjuvant treatment to prevent and relieve diseases, as they are generally inexpensive, widely available, rarely have adverse side effects and some have proven antiviral activity.

O objetivo primário deste artigo é descrever, por meio das percepções dos profissionais da Diretoria de Acessibilidade (DACES), como vem ocorrendo a inclusão de discentes com o Transtorno do Espectro Autista (TEA) na Universidade Federal do Maranhão/Campus Dom Delgado (UFMA). Nesse sentido, foi realizada uma pesquisa do tipo exploratória, descritiva, com abordagem qualitativa, com dois profissionais da DACES. Os dados foram coletados por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas.

Objetivou-se neste trabalho a caracterização biométricados frutos de Endopleurauchi (Huber) Cuatrecasas de diferentes procedências da região Amazônica, visando a identificação de matrizes com potencial agroindustrial. Os frutos foram coletados em seis localidades do estado do Pará: Tomé-Açu, Ilha do Combu, Santa Izabel, Alça Viária, Vigia e Santa Barbara no período de safra do fruto.

The objective of study was toidentify the contention measures for contagion and dissemination in civil construction against Covid-19. The study is an integrative, qualitative review, based on data from the scientific literature published in the Virtual Health Library (VHL), SciELO and Google academic databases consulted in September 2020. The studies were selected from DeCS, with the respective descriptors and synonyms: “Construction Industry” and “Coronavirus Infections”. Articles indexed in these databases were selected according to the theme.
