The present article has as object of analysis the way of life type Community of Pasture Background, that guarantees the sustainability of the members of the Community Association of the Residents of Povoado Serrote, in the village Serrote, rural area of the municipality of Paulo Afonso-BA its general objective is to analyze the possibility of recognizing the pasture fund in the surroundings of Povoado Serrote, bordering ESEC Raso da Catarina in the city of Paulo Afonso - BA, ensuring the preservation of these areas.

Os homens passam por um período onde ocorre o declínio da produção de hormônios androgênicos, que caracteriza a andropausa. Essa diminuição é lenta e gradual, acarretando diferentes sinais e sintomas comprometendo a qualidade de vida e o bem-estar do homem nesse período da vida. O objetivo do estudo é avaliar a percepção dos homens em relação a sua imagem corporal (IC) e os sinais e sintomas desencadeados pela andropausa.

Grain productivity and quality of Common beans can be compromised in the event of rainfall during the harvest phase. The objective was to evaluate the productive yield and the quality of grains in common bean genotypes by stratification in different pod maturation patterns. The work was carried out between harvest of the waters in two environments of altitude, being 174 and 733 meters. The experimental design was in randomized blocks with 15 treatments and four replications. Flowering, physiological maturity, cycle, productivity and pod maturation pattern were evaluated in each genotype.

O estudo teve por objetivo fazer uma análise entre análise da relação entre o mercado de trabalho formal, no tocante às taxas de emprego, a partir de dados do IBGE, e o setor da economia criativa, por meio de estudos da FIRJAN e do antigo Ministério da Cultura. Pauta-se em trabalhos acadêmicos e pesquisa da UNCTAD que mostram a significância que a economia criativa pode ter ao se tornar um meio transformador e de incentivo para o desenvolvimento das cidades em dada região. Trata-se de pesquisa do tipo qualitativa com objetivos exploratório e descritivo.

This article analyzes the formation of human capital in the model of shared service centers, based on a study in the Oil, Mining and Food sectors, considering the volume of courses and training offered by corporate universities for employees working in the areas of Finance and Controllership. The choice of economic agents and sectors was due to the size of the organizations and the complexity of the tax operations present in the activities in question, requiring a human capital with good training and constant updating, consequently better remunerated.

Este artigo objetiva apresentar a mudança ocorrida na concepção de mal do filósofo Agostinho de Hipona depois de sua conversão ao Cristianismo, expondo o pensamento do autor tanto a partir da perspectiva biográfica, com base nas Confissões, quanto da obra Livre-arbítrio, a fim de explicitar como este pensador ao abandonar a visão ontológica de mal maniqueísta, passa a adotar uma concepção antropológica de filiação cristã.

According to Census of India (2011), total 377 million populations were residing in urban area which is 31% of the total population. During 1961-2011, the urban population was increased from 18 to 31.2% (Census of India, 2011b). India which is an agriculture-based economy is shifting towards service-oriented country as more of the population is shifting towards urban areas. Due to diverse geographical and climatic regions the people living here have different consumption and waste generation patterns.

Grinding method has a restricted use in the production of machine parts due to its long-processing time, high cost, and environmentally pollutant coolant liquid. The production of hardened materials via turning is an alternative to grinding operation. The generation by turning with little or no use of coolant liquid of surface properties similar to those obtained by grinding process decreases production time and cost.
