Solanum paniculatum L. popularly known as jurubeba, is a shrub that has pharmacological importance. In this way, micropropagation emerges as an alternative to enable the production of seedlings on a large scale, presenting several advantages from the multiplication of genetic material, for the exchange or evaluation of germplasms, to the production of virus free seedlings.

Introduction: The Center for Permanent Education (CPE) in hospitals aims to act in the updating and professional improvement of employees, for this it is necessary to carry out the management of the sector, observing the demand for subjects, proposing a planning, executing and evaluating the activities. Due to the pandemic caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus, which causes the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19), the CPE has the function of planning, organizing and providing support to the Permanent Health Education actions to health professionals in the front line of care.

The main aim of this paper is to evaluate and model both leverage effect and persistent volatility of Bradesco Bank stock shares (BBDC3). The leverage effect was measured through the generalized autoregressive conditional heteroscedasticity (GARCH) model and some of its extensions, such as EGARCH, NGARCH, APGARCH, ALLGARCH, IGARCH, CGARCH and FIGARCH. Spare parts are important to maintain mining operations, which made necessary the development of consolidated classification methods, to help in the decision-making process. The management of spare parts aims to reduce the unnecessary inactivity time arising from the component failures and represent a significant part of the total operational cost. A way to manage the inventory of these materials is its classification.
The adsorption of ofloxacin (OFL) by the spent coffee grounds (SCGs) was investigated. The effect of solution pH and the amount of SCGs were also studied. The optimum solution pH and amount of SCGs were 6 and 100 mg, respectively. The adsorption isotherms were well described by the Henry model. This suggested that the strong interaction of OFL with the SCGs. Therefore, SCGs, as a green, environmental-friendly adsorbent, can be applied to the adsorption of contaminants in environment.

Objetivo: Analisar a importância no atendimento pré-hospitalar das equipes multidisciplinares às vítimas de trauma. Métodos: Revisão integrativa e qualitativa realizada através da busca de artigos nas bases SciELO, PubMed e LILACS por meio de Descritores em Ciências da Saúde durante o período de 2015 e 2020. Foram encontrados 242 estudos, sendo utilizados 22 para constituírem a base de dados do presente artigo.
