Assessment of synergistic anti-bacterial and anti-oxidant activities of essential oil extracted from peels of citrus reticulata, citrus sinensis and citrus lemon

Nature provides a variety of drugs and medicinal agents derived from different parts of plants. Citrus plants have different medicinal properties. Essential oils extracted from peels of different citrus fruits are used to treat number of diseases like bacterial, fungal, insecticidal and diabetic etc. The present study was conducted to check the antibacterial and antioxidant properties of essential oils extracted from peels of Citrus reticulata, Citrus sinensis and Citrus lemon and their mixture.

Efeito de adubação de fundo com npk (12-24-12) no desempenho agronómico de duas variedades da beringela (Solanum Melongena L.)

Eggplant plays a crucial role as a fruit vegetable in tropical and subtropical regions, with a significant increase in production in recent decades. As well as being an essential source of vitamins and minerals, it plays a vital role in generating income for small-scale farmers in Mozambique. Proper fertiliser application is essential to ensure healthy plant development.

Development and evaluation of a nitinol-based closure device for addressing patent ductus arteriosus in veterinary as well as human application: animal trials and histopathological analysis

The heart, a vital organ of the circulatory system, relies on various components to sustain life. The ductus arteriosus is crucial during foetal development as it ensures that oxygen-rich blood bypasses the lungs. However, if this channel fails to close after birth, it leads to patent ductus arteriosus (PDA), a congenital heart defect seen in mammalians. This research article focuses on the development and evaluation of an innovative nitinol PDA closure device designed to effectively block the patent ductus arteriosus.

Effects of Adding Curcumin on Quality of Post-Thawed Arabian Stallion Semen

The objective of this study was to investigate the impact of including curcumin antioxidant on the viability of sperm after the processes of cooling and freezing. curcumin antioxidant was used in HF-20 extender at concentrations of 0.32, 0.60, 1.30, and 2.71 µm/L. HF-20 extender was a basic extender and used for control group. The post-thawed semen exhibited significantly higher total motility in the 0.32 curcumin treatment groups as compared to others. The extender containing 0.32 µm/L curcumin showed a significantly higher in total motility compared to others.

Disclosure of Contingent Environmental Liabilities and Socio-Environmental Responsibility

Studies highlight the need to increase levels of research on environmental provisions and liabilities. This is because the development of research on this topic can provide more accurate information to the market and regulatory agents, related to the relevance, reliability, quality and comparability of environmental provisions and liabilities.

Genotypic and Phenotypic Correlation and path Coefficient Analysis in field pea (Pisumsativum L.) Genotypes at Bekoji, Ethiopia

For resource-poor Ethiopian farmers, field pea (Pisumsativum L.) is the main source of protein. To increase the productivity of the crop and support farmers, the development of yield and disease-resistant varieties is an important activity. Thus, the purpose of this study was to examine genotypic and phenotypic correlation and path coefficient analysis and associated agronomic traits among field pea genotypes. Forty-nine field pea genotypes were evaluated in simple lattice design. A study was conducted during June- October 2020 cropping season at Bekoji sub research center.

The present study was planned to examine the cost-return structure of white button mushroom in Punjab. A total of 80 mushroom growers were interviewed randomly from Dehriwal and Tarsikka. Mushroom growers were divided into three categories on the basis of bed area spawned i.e., small (26), medium (40) and large (14) mushroom growers.

Efficacy of Systemic Fungicides and Bio- Control Agents Against Neck blast Disease of Rice Against Pyricularia Oryzae

Rice, scientifically known as Oryza sativa, serves as a staple food for 17 countries in Asia, providing 20% of the world's dietary energy supply. Rice productivity is limited by biotic and abiotic constraints in India (Pathaket al. 2021). Among biotic stresses, rice blast disease caused by Magnaporthe oryzaeis the most important fungal rice disease causing enormous yield losses in different parts of the world (Annegowdaet al.2021). It can infect the rice crop at all stages of its growth, from nursery to grain filling stage under conducive environmental conditions (Panda et al.
