This comprehensive review explores the critical role and effectiveness of nursing in managing health crises. By analyzing a wide range of literature, this review aims to elucidate the various responsibilities, challenges, and contributions of nurses during health emergencies. The findings demonstrate the pivotal role nurses play in triage, patient care, and infection control, highlighting their impact on patient outcomes and overall crisis management. Furthermore, the review identifies key challenges faced by nurses, including resource shortages, high patient loads, and emotional stress.

L’alphabétisation constitue un facteur essentiel dans l’exécution des politiques éducatives. Elle permet aux bénéficiaires ciblés de se doter des compétences fonctionnelles nécessaires en vue de contribuer pleinement au développement économique et social. Dans le pilotage des programmes d’alphabétisation en Côte d’Ivoire, la fonctionnalité des contenus, l’efficacité de la stratégie et la qualité des enseignements participent à la mise en évidence de la rentabilité des résultats et à l’acquisition des niveaux d’alphabétisme par les apprenants.

Objective: To investigate the incidence of COVID-19 according to sex, age group, and health professionals with suspicion and confirmation of the disease in the states of Mato Grosso and Mato Grosso do Sul between May 18 and 25, 2020. Method: Descriptive study, quantitative, with calculations of incidence of COVID-19 and distribution of the disease in the population and professional categories. Results: The incidence rate of COVID-19 was 43.1 cases/ 100,000 inhabitants in Mato Grosso do Sul, and 24.2/100,000 inhabitants in Mato Grosso.

Objective: To confirm or rebut the superiority of isokinetic therapy techniques over physical therapy techniques. Population and method: In a prospective randomized study over 40 patients among who 17 women and 23 men suffering from a chronic low back pain with an average age (5-43 years).The population was divided on tow groups; the first half received nine treatment sessions of isokinetic, the second received the same amount of treatment but in physical therapy.

This work aims to present the results of a chemistry class held with students from the three high school grades. The learning of chemistry concepts was evaluated based on the contribution of experimental class in the process of understanding the chemical phenomena studied. The results demonstrated that Chemistry can be better understood if viewed as a visual science, but the interconnection between macroscope, microscope and symbolic levels needs to be sought to provide better understanding and positively influenced to student formation.

Introdução: Frente a pressão social e transtornos como ansiedade e depressão houve um aumento considerado de tentativas de suicídio na população que eleva a demanda de pessoas que chegam por tentativa de suicídio nos prontos socorros, exigindo uma postura profissional ética, humanizada e capacitada para prestar uma assistência adequada ao paciente. Objetivo: Verificar a percepção do enfermeiro que presta assistência ao paciente com tentativa de suicídio.

Although Brazil has a water resources management system with some maturity, more than 20 years after the enactment of the Water Law, it still faces great challenges in its management process. Identifying important themes in the water governance process in the country, based on a literature review, was the main objective of this study. The integration of 31 papers on the topic enabled the creation of seven categories of discussion.

Ponderando o cenário brasileiro de enfrentamento da pandemia do vírus da COVID-19, surgem diversas incertezas e discussões no tocante às disposições constitucionais relativas aos serviços essenciais, bem como debates relacionados à divisão das competências legislativas e administrativas entre os entes federativos para afrontar todos os desdobramentos que a doença tem provocado nos mais diversos âmbitos da sociedade. O artigo que se segue tem como fito, em um primeiro momento, conceituar o que se entende por Estado Federal, competência constitucional e serviços essenciais.

Na presente pesquisa são discutidos os fundamentos básicos para atuação dos egressos do curso superior de Tecnologia em Logística. Buscou-se a compreensão dos pressupostos básicos do curso, suas finalidades pedagógicas, bem como o entendimento dos aspectos que favorecem uma leitura de autodesenvolvimento para o indivíduo. Destacou-se o conceito de egresso e de percurso profissional, numa visão mais ampla do processo de formação, verificando se houve contribuição para a vida pessoal e profissional.

The research sought to understand and clarify phenomena present in the agrarian space occupied by ecological family farmers and organic AF linked to the Cooperative of the Ecologic Citrus Growers of the Caí Valley (ECOCITRUS) in order to list their main socioeconomic and productive characteristics, in order to analyze the effects of economic association in the field of organic production. The analysis of the social space produced by ecological farmers and organic farmers, and their cooperative, was done through the concept of region.
