A plataformização do trabalho e a economização da vida: uma análise do fenômeno da ‘uberização’

Este ensaio tem como objetivo analisar a influência da economização da vida sobre a consolidação, o espalhamento e a aceitação do trabalho precário. Propósito que culminou no recorte adotado, qual seja, o fenômeno da ‘uberização’ e seus reflexos sobre a qualidade de vida do trabalhador. Nesta elaboração, optou-se por uma estratégia de argumentação que reforça a ideia de que a racionalidade neoliberal serve de sustentação ideológica à superexploração, marca da economia de compartilhamento.

Julga-se importante a temática trabalhada pelo fato de que há recentes alterações legislativas, v.g., quando houve a unificação dos crimes de estupro e atentado violento ao pudor e a mais recente alteração operada pela lei nº 13.718/18, com a inserção dos crimes de importunação sexual, vingança pornográfica e a divulgação de cenas de estupro.

Na literatura infantil a morte aparece direta e indiretamente no enredo dos personagens, em que os contos podem ter um papel importante para ajudar a criança a elaborar várias temáticas, dentre elas, a morte e o luto, como nas histórias de Hans Christian Andersen. Portanto, esta pesquisa propôs investigar como o tema morte e luto é apresentado nos contos de Andersen. Foi realizada uma pesquisa qualitativa, como revisão de literatura.

Education and elderly income: an analysis of the five brazilian macroregions

This study aimed at analyzing the relationship between education and income of the elderly in the five Brazilian macro-regions and its interlocution with development. It was used data from the National Health Survey (2013), with 23,815 elderly. It was realized logistic regression analysis. The most elderly are literate (75.5%), have completed the first four years of training (40.9%) and have an income below the minimum wage (56.5%). Elderly people from the Northeast and North have 3.52 and 2.81 (p<0.001), respectively, more likely to be illiterate compared to those from the South.

O acometimento do membro superior restringe a participação ativa da criança com PC em atividades de vida diária causando uma dependência com o grupo familiar. Avaliações compõem o arcabouço dos profissionais de saúde para traçar tratamentos e acompanhar a evolução do paciente.

Background: The adverse effects of anteroposterior and vertical changesafter mini-implant assisted rapid palatal expansion (MARPE) may compromise the indication of this treatment for dolicofacial and Class II patients. The aim of this study was to use cone beam computed tomography to evaluate the anteroposterior and vertical dentoskeletal alterations that occurred after palatal expansion with MARPE in patients in the final stages of midpalatal suture maturation.
