Congenital toxoplasmosis is an important public health problem in Brazil, and it started to have compulsory notification in 2016. In the northern region of the country, in the state of Pará, in the Amazon, prevalence rates are high, and this research aimed to assess longitudinally, between 2012-2021 the reported cases according to geographic location by municipality, year, race, gestational period and maternal education, based on official data from the State Department of Health.

Rural agricultural production that feeds urban areas is supplemented by products from urban and peri-urban agriculture, which, to compensate for low yields, resort to practices that are not very environmentally friendly. The market belts of Brazzaville are no exception to these practices. Chemical fertilizers are used to raise production levels. The present study was undertaken to contribute to the mitigation of the excessive use of chemical fertilizers in these vegetable markets, through biofertilizers that could optimize crop yields.

A pesquisa tem por objetivo analisar as evidências cientificas disponíveis na literatura sobre o efeito da levodopa no estado nutricional de pessoas idosas com doença de Parkinson (DP). Trata-se de um estudo descritivo, tipo revisão integrativa, foram utilizadas as bases de dados PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, Scopus, CINAHL e LILACS. Para a busca nas bases de dados, foram selecionados Descritores em Ciências da Saúde: “idoso”, “levodopa”, “estado nutricional”, “avaliação nutricional’’ e seus equivalentes no idioma inglês.

The present work aims to seek to systematize the international norms on environmental protection in Agenda 2030, with the proposal of a brief reflection on the evolution of environmental law and on the prospective panorama in Agenda 2030. The methodology used is systematic with bibliographic research. First, the evolutionary panorama of the international system for the protection of environmental law and the new look at the rights of Nature were presented. Then, there is an analysis of environmental law in the Sustainable Development Agendas.

Pesquisas relativas à estrutura e morfologia de órgãos reprodutivos fornecem informações valiosas à conservação das espécies botânicas, sendo Syagrus coronata (Mart.) Becc. uma palmeira de grande importância ecosocioambiental na Ecorregião do Raso da Catarina, Bahia. Esta pesquisa objetivou caracterizar e avaliar a morfometria das estruturas reprodutivas de S. coronata visando a conservação desta espécie e da arara-azul-de-lear. Dessa forma, foi avaliada a morfometria de dez indivíduos nativos de S.

Vitamin D deficiency is suspected to cause possible complications in COVID-19 patients or they might be provided with a poor prognosis. However, this same vitamin D in excess is capable of causing toxicity. The presentstudy was based on a qualitative/quantitative study carried out from July to September, 2021 .Patients who tested positive for COVID-19 and who sought medical appointment in a private general practice in the city of Caçador,state of Santa Catarina (SC), were selected. The sample consisted of 54 patients who sought ambulatory care and who had a positive diagnosis for COVID-19.

This research shows the production and characterization of the polyurethane foam produced from moringa oil with low energy expenditure. Vegetable oil, polyol and the foam were characterized by hydroxyl, acid and Iodine index, Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), 1H RMH spectra, Thermo gravimetric analysis (TG), Scanning Electrical Microscopy (SEM), X-Ray Diffractogram (XRD) and Mass Spectroscopy. The physical-chemical results showed the modified oil potential for the polyurethane formation reaction due to the hydroxyls index of 257.52 mg KOH g-1 and acidity of 2.38 mg KOH g-1.

Sistemas de confinamento facilitam manejo, proporcionando aumento na qualidade do leite e produtividade dos animais, sendo o compost barn, mais difundido. Este trabalho objetivaavaliar características microbiológicas e microclimáticasdas de camas do sistema de compost barn, além da mensuraçãodatermoregulação dos animais. A pesquisa foi desenvolvida em duas propriedades denominadas “A” e “B”, com visitas mensais,de setembro de 2019 a junho de 2021.
