Public policies aimed at education in childhood and youth and social exclusion

This paper proposes an analysis of children and adolescents as subjects of law, highlighting their main rights and guarantees in Brazilian society and the reasons for social exclusion. This study sought support from bibliographic and documental revision on the subject and focused on the theories of public policies using legislation and doctrinal understandings for its production. Public policies aim to promote education and citizenship in society, making clear the responsibility of the State.

Prevalência de ansiedade do enfermeiro em processo de envelhecimento: um protocolo de revisão de escopo

Objetivo: apresentar um protocolo de revisão para explorar sistematicamente a literatura sobre a prevalência de ansiedade do enfermeiro no processo de envelhecimento. Método: Trata-se de um protocolo de revisão de escopo, desenvolvido de acordo com as recomendações do Manual do Instituto Joanna Briggs e registrado na Open Science Framework (10.17605/OSF.IO/UY8QD).

Livedoid vasculopathy: Case report and brief review of its therapy

A 58-year-old man, with purpuric pericapillary lesions in the lower limbs, for 20 years, associated with local hyperesthesia. The condition evolved with local burning extending to the back of the feet. Pentoxifylline, acetylsalicylic, diosmine, syvastatin and cilostazol were used. In the current consultation, he had erythema-vinous macules in the distal part of the thighs and on both legs ranging from a few mm to 2 cm in diameter associated with continuity solutions and white atrophies.

Characterization of the technological cooperation network in innovations based on the use of biopolymers by the civil construction industry through social network analysis

Biopolymers, replacing conventional polymers, have a wide range of applications in the field of civil engineering. The number of published patents related to the use of biopolymers by the civil construction industry is increasing, signaling the importance of intellectual property in these innovations. At the same time, economic globalization has made technological cooperation more relevant than ever, increasing the interest of the scientific community in the application of methods to investigate the collaborative networks involved in the development of technological innovations.

Evaluation and application of crowdworking concept in electric utilities

With the spread of internet use, labor has been affected by new technologies, drastically changing the way people perform their work activities, with various significant effects in the most diverse sectors of society. This paper presents partial results of project "PD-00390--1090/2020 - Application and Evaluation of the concept of Crowdworking in the Electric Power Distribution Sector", of ANEEL's Brazilian R&D Program, aimed to experiment and model the concept of Crowdworking for the electricity distribution sector.

Probable rain regime for são bento do Una-Pernambuco, Brazil

Studies on rainfall classification help in planning the amount of water available for the expansion of human, animal, plant, industrial, agricultural and hydrological activities. To analyze which, among the three probability distributions, best fits the historical series of probable maximum monthly precipitation data in the city of São Bento do Una Pernambuco, Brazil between 1921-2020. The maximum annual precipitation for São Bento do Una - PE was analyzed from 1921 to 2020, with data from the Weather and Climate Agency of the State of Pernambuco.

A Depressão Pós Parto (DPP) é considerada atualmente, um problema de saúde pública, levando em consideração a sua prevalência entre as puérperas e as possíveis consequências para a saúde das mesmas e das crianças. O estudo tem como objetivo analisar os dilemas da DPP para as mulheres e possíveis consequências para os filhos.Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa de literatura, descritiva de abordagem qualitativa, realizada na Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS) e no Scientific Electronic Lib rary Online (SciELO).

Heteronormative intricacies of parental alienation law (lap): what family conception are we talking about?

This article proposes to develop a specific study and a critical analysis around the heteronormative conception of 'family/kinship' established in the 'Parental Alienation Law' (LAP), having as substrate and theoretical reference authors such as Joan Scott, Gayle Rubin, Judith Butlher, Monique Wittig and Adriene Rich. The approach will be based on categories such as gender and heteronormativity, which will be tensioned, with a key in elucidating the proposed study.

O “giro emocional” nas ciências sociais e políticas: ressentimento e terrorismo islâmico antiocidental

Nos últimos tempos, alguns pesquisadores têm chamado a atenção para o que definiram como um giro para as emoções no estudo dos conflitos sociais e políticos, inclusive no âmbito internacional, abordagem que tenta esclarecer como alguns afetos influenciam as decisões dos indivíduos e mesmo definem estados de ânimo coletivos. Uma das emoções a que se reconhece uma destacada dimensão moral ou política é o ressentimento, sentimento que, desde Nietzsche, passando por Scheler, foi sendo delimitado semanticamente e analisado fenomenologicamente.
