The Solanaceae family, commonly known as the nightshade family, comprises numerous medicinal plants with significant therapeutic value in homeopathy. Among them, Belladonna and Stramonium are prominently used for neurological disorders, especially migraine. This article explores the pharmacological properties, homeopathic indications, and clinical applicability of these remedies in migraine management. Their symptom similarity, modalities, and individualized approach highlight their importance in homeopathic practice.
