Chronic skin diseases are among the most common disorders affecting individuals worldwide. They are characterized by prolonged duration, recurrence, and considerable impact on physical and psychological well-being. Homoeopathy approaches chronic skin diseases through individualization and constitutional treatment. Sulphur, one of the most frequently prescribed antipsoric remedies, has a significant role in the treatment of chronic skin conditions presenting with itching, burning, dryness, and aggravation from heat. This case study demonstrates the efficacy of Sulphur in a patient suffering from chronic eczema. The patient showed marked improvement in local symptoms as well as general health following homoeopathic treatment based on totality of symptoms.
