A study on classroom teaching problems and discipline problems encountered by the higher secondary school teachers working in Villupuram District
Classroom management is a fundamental problem, which confronts both experienced and beginning teachers. The relationship between good classroom management and academic achievement is related. Classroom management is concerned with creating an environment in which learning can effectively occur; good teaching is concerned with promoting effective student learning in the context of conditions created by good management. Success of the activity like teaching is directly dependent on successful classroom management.
