Um homem na creche: a docência com bebês

Abstract: 

This report aims to reflect some notes about my first experience, as a teacher of eleven babies, in a daycare center, in the publicschool system. I understand the pedagogical practice, in early childhood, as the protagonist of a relational activity registered by the sensitivity and minutiae that go beyond the simple idea of assistance. And although this practice is marked by the daily routine of each teacher, with babies, it is inseparable, defining the teaching profession in nurseries. These details are the results of perceptions, played by each of the babies I work with, enabling strategies that mobilize and enable teaching practices and experiences, as well as enrich the training of the little ones as constituted subjects.
