The effectiveness of the GOT, GPT and ALP enzymes has been compared between two species of Tilapia, Tilapia zilli and Oreochromis niloticus, as a taxonomical study. The results showed a difference in these enzymes concentrations between the two kinds during the two seasons of a year, in addition to the difference in concentrations of protein content and stomach components between these two species in the same seasons of a year which are Spring and Summer.
