In adolescents, stress intensifies due to academic and social demands, potentially altering eating behavior and influencing body weight. This study aimed to examine the relationship between stress levels, eating behavior, and nutritional status in adolescents. A quantitative, descriptive, cross-sectional study was conducted between October and November 2024 with 105 adolescents. The Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-10) and the Dutch Eating Behavior Questionnaire (DEBQ) were applied, and Body Mass Index (BMI) was calculated. External eating showed the highest mean score (31.7 ± 7.7), followed by emotional eating (28.7 ± 12.0) and restrained eating (21.4 ± 10.2). Higher PSS-10 scores were associated with higher emotional.
