The paper attempts to explore the relationship between narcissism and productivity in an higher education organization. The research questions include:(a) In what ways does narcissism affect anorganization? and (b) What is the relationship between narcissism and the productivity of an academic institute of higher education? Research suggests the overall conclusion that Ways to address these issues are explored in this study.
