A tecnologia como forma de democratização do conhecimento jurídico

Current legal knowledge has several factors that make it more restricted, language being one of these. In an attempt to make the legal world more accessible, a platform was created, capable of providing solutions to common tasks in a practical and agile way, with the aim of connecting people to justice through lawyers and legal information. In this sense, this research intends to understand to what extent the use of technology in the legal sector impacts on the democratization of knowledge, for a more inclusive justice for all. Through bibliographic research in books, websites, scientific articles, consultation of data mapped by the Center for the Study of Labor Relations and Inequalities (Ceert) and technical visits, it is concluded that currently technology assists human beings in all its areas performance, being an essential tool for making knowledge available and disseminating, even if its use in an improper and imprudent way can cause serious damage.
