The research methodology involves the mathematical formulations of single objective functions (Losses) and implementing them by using four optimization tools, the objective functions and algorithms are embedding in a Matlab environment where they ( PSO, SA,GA FA) are processed and results are obtained with a graphical user interface. The computed optimisation are analysed in terms of their ability to select a correct optimal solution and computational efficiency in solving the optimization problem.. Under losses as an objective function the performance of the algorithm deceases in the order of 12.5%, 12%, 8.6% and 6.9% as follows, SA,FA,GA and PSO respectively, this means that for the choice of algorithm in terms of losses as an objective function SA is preferred suitable design optimization against conventional methods.
