Improving teacher professionalism through the teacher education background and teacher teaching experience

Abstract: 

This study aims to know and analyze about the professionalism of teachers associated with teacher educational background and teaching experience of teachers and relationships that occur between the three variables. The analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis, for the sample used is the existing teachers State Madrasah Tsanawiyah Pandeglang Banten, which amounts to 144 teachers, from this research can be seen that the teacher education background, experience Teaching teachers and professionalism of teachers at school in high stages, a high correlation between teacher education background, teacher teaching experience and teacher professionalism in schools, and found that there is a strong and significant relationship between teacher educational background, teacher teaching experience and teacher professionalism in schools, where teachers' professionalism can be improved if policies exist that can supplement and support the quality of teacher education background and teaching experience of teachers in schools.
