Objective: To evaluate the quality of Primary Health Care in the municipality of Ubajara from the users' perspective. Methodology: The study is of a quantitative type, with an evaluative character. The research was carried out in two Basic Family Health Units, in the municipality of Ubajara – CE with a sample of 151 users interviewed. Results and Discussions: The sample (151 users) was composed mostly of women (64%). This data is consistent with the literature that has highlighted the important role played by women in family health care. It was also possible to verify that 21.2% of users considered the service provided to be GREAT and 61.6% considered it to be GOOD. These data are consistent with the results of other national surveys. Conclusion: This study corroborates those of others who have shown the potential of actions centered on the expectations and needs of users related to quality improvement and the humanization of care and qualified listening during the services provided, certainly, require new conceptions of the entry ”of services, expressed, for example, in welcoming and bonding.
