At this article the regulamentation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) between Brazil, China and the Union European was analysed to comprehend the investments at AI are been made. By the literature review and the analysis of legal documents about Artificial Intelligence, and its investments not only in promoting technology, but also at the educational field, it was concluded that China and the Union European are still investing billions of dollars in centers of research, technology and higher education and are major international players. On the other hand, Brazil’s investments are lower compared to these other states, and is far from been a strong player.
