The present study aims to describe the practices of Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists residents in the Multiprofessional Residency Program in Family Health Strategy at the State University of Pará from the perspective of different models of Primary Health Care. Therefore, it is a descriptive study of qualitative approach. The data were obtained by surveying the practice records of the actions carried out by the categories and by analyzing two reflective reports on the first year of the practices as a resident in Primary Health Care in the period from March to December 2019. Through the analysis of the materials, it was identified that residents had practices in three types of model, namely: Semachko model, Traditional model and Family Health Strategy model. Through this experience, it is considered that, among the models, the Family Health Strategy was the one that best allowed the resident to expand care and better reach of learning by directing practices to the principles of Primary Health Care. Therefore, it suggests the expansion of Multiprofessional Residency Programs in the Family Health Strategy in order to strengthen it.
